Tried to use my carmax warranty here. Was told they had no idea and that I needed to call carmax. The lady who answers the phone was also unhelpful and just said it wasn’t covered instead of trying to figure it out. I went to another place they knew exactly what to do about the coverage. The other place I went to CALLED carmax themselves and made sure the work was covered. This place tried to charge me nearly three thousand dollars for a fix that was covered by my carmax coverage plan. My advice to anyone reading this, if you absolutely have to go here get a second opinion before letting them charge you for repairs.

Call to get a price for a job to be performed on my car their estimate was $800 over to other places pretty pricey but I guess you get what you pay for maybe their work is better I'll find out

Made an appointment online for an oil change and a tire rotation but didn't get any confirmation by email or phone. Called them up a couple days later to confirm appointment. The person on the phone and the woman at front desk told me it'd take 2 hours, 3 worst case scenario. I went to grab a bite to eat and waited around for 3 hours. They didn't get to my car or communicate that they were behind. So took my car and left. I thought if you made an appointment, they'd work on your car at the time the appointment was for. Isn't that why you make an appointment? Slow service, bad communication.

Friendly with amazing customer service from everyone there! I took my car in because my tire was leaking and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. There was a bolt of some kind stuck in my tire. See photos. I’ll be back in the future when I need new tires. Service: Tires

The guys who work here are A1; needed a tire service and they did it no problem. Kept me updated. On time. It was an absolute pleasure to do business here. I think it says it all when you’re waiting at the counter, and you see them talking to customers that they know. I will continue to use them in the future! Update: I did go back. Again, I was treated with the same respect and care I was shown before. My vehicle was done in a timely matter and I couldn’t be happier. This is my new main shop to go to now.
