Ever since Jeff left, the pharmacy has gone downhill. Jeff was so friendly to us and always had our prescriptions on time. Now every time I go to get my prescription, it’s never ready! I’ve got to a point to where I wait a day or two after it’s been called in and they still don’t have it ready! The ladies have nasty attitudes and don’t care to bother to help! ~Kerina

DING, DING!! The low fuel warning sound and light goes off on my dashboard, hurriedly I search for a fuel station to satisfy the insatiable thirst of my vehicle. As I pull in to the fueling bay and scramble through my pocket to pull out my credit card I remember that I have a fuel rewards card. I slide the card into the reader and it gives me a wondrous message that I get an extra discount for being a faithful customer. With a smile on my face I place the pump nozzle into the fuel receptacle and fill my tank with the magical fluid that gives my vehicle life. Waiting for this process to be completed I notice that the pumps were clean and fully operational, no trash was strewn about and the squeegee was in good repair and the cleaning fluid was full. Satisfied with my transaction, I return the nozzle to it's holder, grab my receipt and continue on with my journey a happy man. ~Christian

The customer service was above and beyond! I purchased my duty weapon here and I was treated with respect, not a lot of stores show women respect when they are purchasing a gun but I had a great time and I recommend if you want true customer service then this store delivers. ~Maria

Alright so I already left a review but I can’t stand this place. I’ve been scheduled on days they’re not even open. First of all I didn’t get a cleaning they bullied me for an hour and told me I would have to come back for a cleaning? ( kinda the whole point ??) I let the hygienist know I have gingivitis and I’m trying to reverse it and need a clean and some tips. anyways I was told I have periodontitis and that it’s not reversible and basically I can just treat for now. I had an appointment with smile logic today and MUCH better practice. The dentist there was respectful the whole time, listened to my concerns and when I told her I was told I have periodontitis she was taken back. She said I have gingivitis that is reversible and gave me a treatment plan. I’m disgusted with the staff of bright now ~Summer

Made an appointment online for an oil change and a tire rotation but didn't get any confirmation by email or phone. Called them up a couple days later to confirm appointment. The person on the phone and the woman at front desk told me it'd take 2 hours, 3 worst case scenario. I went to grab a bite to eat and waited around for 3 hours. They didn't get to my car or communicate that they were behind. So took my car and left. I thought if you made an appointment, they'd work on your car at the time the appointment was for. Isn't that why you make an appointment? Slow service, bad communication. ~Fenrirspike

Stopped in to shop on 8/2/22 and arrived at store at 7:45pm. The store closes at 8pm but door was locked and 2 employees just stared at me while I was knocking. One employee laughed and left the storefront to go in back room. The other was counting down the drawer and then closed the drawer for night. She then came to the door and said “can’t you see we are closed” which I responded hours say you have 15 mins left. She said come back tomorrow as there wasn’t anything she could help with. I asked to just pay cash and keep the change and she laughed and said no come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and she said “just shop tomorrow.” What’s really annoying is I drove 45 mins one way so 1.5hrs total and waste of gas to find out store closed 15hr is early and employees could care less. Employees were Mary and Julian but laughed when said their names so probably was a lie. Totally unacceptable to leave customers hanging that want to support your business. I will now spend my money at Nike you lost a customer!!!!!! Since when does a company say no to sales especially when it’s a loyal past customer!!!! ~TJ

I am extremely disappointed in Enterprise. I am without a car and needed a rental as I travel a lot for my jobs and Enterprise typically offers decent deals and great service. Not today... I modified my reservation by moving the rental up a day at a nearby location and was immediately notified that no cars were available today. Totally fine, I realize there's a shortage and appreciated them letting me know. Then I call this location and they tell me they have a car available today at a specific time. Unfortunately I got caught up at work and I show up 20 minutes after to learn they gave the car to someone else... and no alternative. ok?.... If you have a "20 minute hold policy" it would be great for that to be communicated before I travel 30 minutes across town on my lunch. Extremely disappointed in this lack of communication and consideration but thankful that Avis/Budget was able to provide the service Enterprise can't. ~Patrick

I looked for a certain size and style of Nike shoe online before I went to this store. It said it was in stock online. I could not find it on the shelf when I got to the store but a young guy found out where it was located and brought the box out to me in a short time. While he was getting my pair of shoes another young girl offered to help me twice. You can not get better service than that. A+ service from Nike yesturday. 5 STARS NIKE. ~Carl
