I have made reservations THREE times and when I show up I’m told “sorry, we don’t have any cars, the people who handle reservations are a different team.” I don’t care what “team” it is, you are all one company and you are incompetent. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Very bad experience here they were not helpful whatsoever and made a lot of mistakes during the process the girl who helped us (Ciara) was somewhat nice at first then as time went by she became frustrated which she made very obvious when she drove us to enterprise she then accelerated the car very fast with my 11 month old and my 5 year old in the car and at the end she slams the door and walks away then they bring us another customers car thinking it was our rental long story short this place is very unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed in Enterprise. I am without a car and needed a rental as I travel a lot for my jobs and Enterprise typically offers decent deals and great service. Not today... I modified my reservation by moving the rental up a day at a nearby location and was immediately notified that no cars were available today. Totally fine, I realize there's a shortage and appreciated them letting me know. Then I call this location and they tell me they have a car available today at a specific time. Unfortunately I got caught up at work and I show up 20 minutes after to learn they gave the car to someone else... and no alternative. ok?.... If you have a "20 minute hold policy" it would be great for that to be communicated before I travel 30 minutes across town on my lunch. Extremely disappointed in this lack of communication and consideration but thankful that Avis/Budget was able to provide the service Enterprise can't.

We went to enterprise yesterday, we were told we were suppose to get a sedan. The reservation was for a sedan. They are saying they do not have one. Which could be. But I was able to go online and make a reservation for a sedan for today, when they told me there’s nothing available.The vehicle we did get is Chevrolet Trax. Not what we were told. The Vehicle we did receive the trax was definitely not washed vehicle inside was disgusting windshield was dirty inside and out. They would not upgrade us saying they didn’t have anything when they could of upgraded at their cost since This is not our doing. And with Covid precautions and cleanliness this vehicle definitely was not up to par.

My family has used Enterprise for all our rental needs. Their prices always beat the competitors by a long shot. If I ever have a concern, which is rare, they apologize and fix immediately. The staff at the 104th location is super nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. They are definitely my go to and will continue to be #1 for us.

Had the absolute worst experience ever. Due to caliber collision messing up on my repair and having to take it back to them I had to get another rental. I got to this location that was made aware that I needed a FULL SIZE SUV. They didn’t have one which I understood because in their defense they got notified that morning plus I didn’t have the $50 on my credit card to get one anyway. Told them I would wait until the next day. I got there the next day for them to try and give me a MID SIZE SUV. When I made him aware I needed a full size he began to argue with me that my Tahoe XLT was the same size as this Durango which it wasn’t and I had to basically prove myself by trying to put my kids car seats in and showing they would not fit. One of the workers was on the phone with a customer. The guy that was working with me keep yelling at him that they would have FULL SIZE SUV in a hour. So when I told him I would wait. He then began to lie to me saying that Firestone lights were out and they were not getting any in so I basically had to accept this minivan which was on E. Again I am a single mother with 5 kids I don’t have money sparingly. After taking these car seats out 3xs with no help I am small so these are heavy to me and I have multiple. So they gave this minivan the next day I came out To go to work and it wouldn’t start. Turns out the starter went out. They came and towed that one and basically told me it was up to me to call different locations to see if anyone has anything for me. I had to call no exaggeration EVERY location in Denver and no one has anything and no one seemed to care. Finally 104th location who I’ve always go through and always have the best experience with was able to get me into something and he helped me with car seats and comp my gas because of the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all but the one on 104th in Thornton is a better option. They have way better customer service

I highly recommend this location for your rental needs. The customer service was top level. The team member Christian made the process from picking up the car to returning the vehicle very quick and efficient. Thank you Enterprise for such a great customer service experience.

The people are very nice and easy to work with. The cars... are not great. For 2020 cars (2 years old) they are very worn out. I know it's not enterprise fault (people discust me #norespect) But for the prices they ask you to pay to rent said car you would think they would offer nicer cars...

These guys gave me a rear wheel drive car in the middle of winter… I’m not sure if they’re tired of this car and are hoping I crash it or maybe there’s a hit out on me and they’re hoping I crash it and they can claim the hit? Regardless, it sucks driving a rear wheel drive car in the winter. Also sucks filling the tires every other day with air too.

We used the enterprise car for 3days with weekend promotion. Ross is so kind and friendly. The car was perfect and we went to awesome places(Estes park, Garden of the gods) that he was recommended I appreciate all things about it!
