Started out as a negative experience and has just gotten worse. When I picked up my rental, a manager who supposedly is a store manager or higher was rude. The car I was provided has been giving a low tire pressure warning since the third day I have had it. I have been just dealing with it by getting the air filled. I may have to go on a long distance trip soon. When I called to extend the rental today, I asked about getting that tire swapped out if I came in. I was advised since I didn't purchase their insurance that I am responsible for getting this fixed. A reputable rental company would just swap out the tire instead of saying it's your problem. I guess there's a reason it's called Hertz. It "Hertz" the customer instead if helping them, like they could have helped me today with the tire. Finally, the rep I spoke to could not give me the exact amount of the renewal for the two week period and was not willing to take the time to figure it out with the taxes. She just said she does not have a way to calculate it. Lazy and not customer oriented. Update as of 10/3: The representative I spoke with this morning gave me wrong information three times. After I spoke with a District Manager and told him my opinion about that experience, there was conveniently a note on my account stating repairs to my vehicle were finished and that if they were not finished; a new contract had to be written. This involves me coming to the location; which means I have to come in late to work due to yet another screw-up by someone at Hurtz. That spelling is not a mistake.

If I could leave this location a zero or less I would. I would leave them a zero because I was met with aggression, combativeness, poor customer, disrespect, talking over me, and the rolling of the eyes by a white guy at my vehicle before I could get out my car. He threatened to cancel my reservation and accused me of arguing with him. His behavior is irrational and discriminatory. Whoever is reading this do you understand I was refused service before I even got out of my vehicle? How is this acceptable? Why do you have individuals like him working for you?

Rented a car from this location - the vehicle they gave me was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all. Additionally, it had a mechanical issue at over 50mph where it made a terrible & loud noise. Went to go return it, however the location has limited hours on Saturday and were already closed. Went to the Airport location to swap out the vehicle and they were accommodating. Ended up extending by a day, and yet again this location was closed so I returned the vehicle to the Airport. Overall I wouldn’t rent from this location again based on their hours & that the airport location ended up being the major savior of this rental process.

Was stuck with a car that was supposed to be sold and they let me swap it out due to be being 24 hours away from home …. Ran into another situation where I ran into a drop off fee which was going to be over $1000 because of a situation with one of hertz cars … I was stuck in Florida and I called the district manager of this place his name was jeff and he made sure I was set he even waivers the fee due to the situation and I guess him just being an overall great guy … I can tell great people and since I met josh he even remembered me from a month ago from when I dropped the car offf … he really reminds me of my middle school principal who always side to look out for me because I was different …. Even Brittany is awesome man they’re whole team will make sure you squared away and take. Care of like family … I will be renting from here again

Booked a reservation at the airport through Expedia. Got to the location and was told nothing is available and also their’s a two hour lag time for the website versus what’s actually available. Trash company and location. Customer service was trash. If I book online and it says available I assumed it would be by the time I get there like every other rental car booking I’ve ever done. Won’t ever be using Hertz again.

Called a week before my trip to tell me they "sold all of their vans in the last 2 months" and they have to cancel my reservation. This reservation was under 3 weeks old so why did they take it? They also would not lend a similar sized vehicle at the same price. Corporate office was no help. Ended up having to spend $300 more to go through enterprise and have a smaller vehicle.

Picked up the car from their location but needed to replace it at the airport. Then logically the second car should be dropped at the airport knowing that I haven’t been informed where to drop off the car. They charged for this and it was an information that I haven’t receive from any of the staff.

Customer service, cannot be bothered to listen to the question, asked if a debit card would work for the rental i secured, yep no problem, spend the money on an Uber to get there, get there to be told that specific vehicle can not be rented on debit. I don't have an issue with the policy per say but i do have a problem with lying customer service. Wasted 70$ and now not able to go home

The representative was very rude, on the phone and in person. My insurance arranged for them to drop off the car Tuesday morning after the holiday. When I called to confirm he informed me due to COVID they aren't allowed drop off service. I confirmed they seen my reservation and it says delivery and he confirmed. So of course I asked why wouldn't you inform the insurance or myself that your company's delivery service wasn't a option? He stated they were in another state, but again I'm in your state and it takes a simple call for me to make other arrangements. I feel like they could careless about one's time. I received the car and still the same attitude. The sad part this gentleman has been here for a while and he still gives you the same energy. I know I have rated them and him once before.
