This location appeared to have enough staff but two people working and the others standing around while the others worked. One register could not take cash and noone to help the cashier trying to finish the transaction. What could have literally been a 5 minute visit, turned into about 15 to 20 minutes because the other cashier was the only one who would help but was in the middle of helping someone so couldn't at that moment which is understandable. The other cashier finally finished and then helped. Noone else stepped up.

I scheduled a hitch installed at this location, a hitch specifically designed for my vehicle. The installer and manager decided the heatshield on top of the muffler was not required despite the hitch manufacturer providing instructions to the contrary. I insisted they installed it and they did but a very poor job - they lost fasteners since they had thrown them away. put plastic push nut instead of a steel nut and bolt, parts not reinstalled correctly, wires inside bumper not reattached - loose. Needless to say if you need a hitch and go there, watch what they do!!!! I would absolutely not recommend a hitch install at that location. Now i need to spend substantial dollars at dealership to fix their mistake. Update: after further inspection, my car is missing two critical bolts that keeps the bumper fascia attached to the body!!! How can someone forgets to do this. Update 2: I got in touch with someone at U-Haul Corporate and they agreed to take the car back and fix / assemble the car back correctly. All fasteners are re installed, hitch bolts torqued.

We had a wedding planned and rented a 9' van. We had no issues with pickup, of course, they wanted our money then. The problem was in the return the following day. I showed up at 11 and by 12 still hadn't been cleared by their inspection or even started the process. At least 5 people who came in behind me were served as quickly as possible, of course, more money is more important than already paid customers. I ended up leaving without finishing the return process and being told a receipt would be emailed to me when they finished; Still haven't seen it 7 hours later.

The new manager at this store should not have his job, been parking in the RV spots for over 2 years. They moved the offices to the front reset the computers and now I had no access to my semi truck which I had to miss my load due to the fact that could not get in to the gates. The lady on overnight customer service she did everything in her power to help but the manager at this store did not respond did not answer his phone did not answer a text message and did not answer emails nor did he call me back. This man should not keep his job as I've been in the transportation industry for 32 years and if you're in management you better answer your phone. I'll be looking for a new place to park my camper and my semi truck so they are going to lose my money.

I haven't visited this U-Haul location, but i have rented moving trucks from many other locations. I've never had an issue with U-Haul and couldn't imagine ever having one. Customer service has always been superb, trucks have always been clean with strong engines & transmissions, while prices have been very affordable and clear with no hidden fees. Thank you U-Haul, I had to leave a comment cause I saw the 1 star rating with no explanation and that is ridiculous, if you rate below 4 stars then you need to leave an explanation, not only is it unfair to the company, but also to the potential customers. Thanks for reading my comment and please leave explanations, especially with low ratings.
