Best self storage facility in Surprise, Arizona (AZ) 2024

I scheduled a hitch installed at this location, a hitch specifically designed for my vehicle. The installer and manager decided the heatshield on top of the muffler was not required despite the hitch manufacturer providing instructions to the contrary. I insisted they installed it and they did but a very poor job - they lost fasteners since they had thrown them away. put plastic push nut instead of a steel nut and bolt, parts not reinstalled correctly, wires inside bumper not reattached - loose. Needless to say if you need a hitch and go there, watch what they do!!!! I would absolutely not recommend a hitch install at that location. Now i need to spend substantial dollars at dealership to fix their mistake. Update: after further inspection, my car is missing two critical bolts that keeps the bumper fascia attached to the body!!! How can someone forgets to do this. Update 2: I got in touch with someone at U-Haul Corporate and they agreed to take the car back and fix / assemble the car back correctly. All fasteners are re installed, hitch bolts torqued. ~Richard

Excellent customer service. Jason followed through with great pricing and mapped the available locations for me then walked to the unit to make sure it was the one I wanted. He even called back to confirm if I needed anything else. He took the time to locate a moving cart during our move so we didn’t have to carry everything to the unit. The unit and property is very clean. They go above & beyond. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a clean and caring place! ~Staci
