Jason was one of the most helpful salespeople I have ever met. And I’m old! I wanted to upsize to a bigger unit. Jason figured out the most advantageous crime for me to switch units, given my tight time schedule, made sure I got the best deal, and even found a unit for me just about 5 units away from my current unit. I’m audition to Jason’s attentive help, I have rented st thus facility for a little over a year. It is always clean, secure, truly climate controlled and pest controlled.

Just got a storage unit at SmartStop Self Storage in Surprise. Jason at the front office was extremely helpful and patient with the entire process. He went above and beyond to walk us to our unit and explain how serious they take their security measures and showed us how to work the units lock. He also explained how the elevators and all the hand carts are sanitized three times a day (I would believe it, the grounds are immaculate.) I would definitely recommend SmartStop Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Excellent customer service. Jason followed through with great pricing and mapped the available locations for me then walked to the unit to make sure it was the one I wanted. He even called back to confirm if I needed anything else. He took the time to locate a moving cart during our move so we didn’t have to carry everything to the unit. The unit and property is very clean. They go above & beyond. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a clean and caring place!

I called Smart Stop 7-2-22 within 30 minutes a young lady named Tesla returned my call and took all my worries away and answered not only my questions and need of particular size storage i needed but went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed like lock, my pin code she went over my monthly payment schedule everything and Tesla even waited for me to arrive and walked me to my storage space and again asked if I had any questions to feel to ask. I really was impressed by her attention to detail. Moreover the storage is immaculate clean great job.
