Let's face facts, moving is not easy. This U-Haul facility reserved my rental which was probably the easiest thing I ever did. They ask you questions to try to save you money and will answer all your questions. I actually rented twice in the same week. Would I use them again??? In a heartbeat.

Made appointment on phone through U haul call service. Truck was clean and ready. Victoria took great care of me and getting me on the road. Returned truck same day. Claudia greeted me and did the check on truck and smiled and said we were good. Excellent Uhaul experience. I've had some bad ones. Friendly staff and they're looking out for customer and take good care explaining the Contract. Excellent staff at Cherry Street in Cottonwood.

Very neat shop with lots of locally made items which also happens to rent UHaul equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff too. I highly recommend that you stop in and check out all the cool stuff they have for sale. Great Rimrock location. Enjoy!

I will definitely start it up with wow but it ends with WTH So nice so helpful help me set up my 24 hour rental would returning the truck at drop off and I called and asked if you assured me I would get my money back and I did I got all my money back no issues nowhere but when I came back to rent you ladies said that I returned it damage and you may never come back again why would you have given me all my money back It could only be two things ladies or is it a small town
