My car broke down (transmission) and I’m a single mom so I had no way to get my son to and from his appointments. When I looked for a rental car there was nothing in the entire valley because of the shortage right now however, enterprise commercial had one cargo van available. I rented it for the entire weekend because I wasn’t sure how long it would take me to get a new car. I called Friday night to see if I was able to get the new car Saturday if I was able to bring it back early and only be charged for the time I used it. I dropped it off Saturday and they did adjust the rates accordingly. They were wonderful to work for. Obviously a cargo van was not an ideal situation but it was better than having to take an Uber or Lyft which was outrageous right now. Thank you for helping me and I have only used enterprise in the past and I will continue to do so. Great service always.

I called enterprise to inquire about a rental and I spoke to Ashley, and let me tell you I have never experienced better customer service in my life. She was very friendly and genuine on top of being very knowledgeable about their products and was very patient with me and answered all my questions happily. She was a pleasure to deal with and enterprise is very luck to have her.

Enterprise is a very reputable company to use for all you vehicle rental needs. Commercial or not. I get trucks from them often, and every time they exceed my expectations. Staff is friendly all the time and are very understanding of what exactly you need. They prices are fair and actually cheaper than Penske. Highly recommended
