So I went to rent a truck from Alicia Felix Jr Way yesterday in Avondale. Got there on time but unfortunately there were a few people in front of me. One in particular a real grumpy old guy! Lol but I guess he had cause! Anyway, by the time I got inside to speak with the lady in the front, her name was Loopy she was the best ever! My internet was slow so I couldn't scan my license, she did it for me and didn't yell at me or anything lol. She was very patient and sweet. Her husband, or her significant other whichever one fits, his name was Fred. He was a great guy as well! Reminds me of the grandfather everybody wish they had! Lol. On returning my truck, I was a little past my time, which I ran in and asked her could I have a few more minutes, and surprisingly she had no problem with it at all! This is the bomb place to go and rent your truck! Fred and loopy! The dream team!!!! 👍🏽🎉🙌🏽👏🏽👑

Rent a I hall anywhere but here they are unhonest caution please save yourself a incredible head ache and don't let them steal your money worst experienceI have ever had with a u hall rental !!! Be ware BE WARE will any place but here !!!!!!!!! An unbelievable experience horrible company do yourself a huge favor go somewhere please don't let them do what they did to me!!! Never had a problem renting a u hall in the past, if you rent it here I told you so!!!!!!!

Lupe (clerk) had her husband chase me down and verbally threaten me accusing me of calling her names!I did no such thing but even if I had that is no way to treat a potential customer!

This place is not a reputable company!!! They will over charge you and scam you after you return the vehicle be ware worst company I have ever rented a U hall from they will screw you with a smile!!!!!!!

Accommodates all of your transporting and storage needs. However, they do not have car dollies nor vehicle transports. Friendly service is always available there.
