Very unprofessional staff. They attempted to repossess my rental that was covered by rental replacement through my car insurance. So embarrassing and inconvenient.

I set up my rental through Travelocity. Had scheduled for a full size vehicle but upon arrival found out that they didn’t have one. Corey upgraded us to an suv at the same price. Excellent customer service. I knew it wasn’t her fault that they didn’t have the car I had requested but she made sure to make things right. After hours drop off was easy as well. Would definitely rent with them again.

Horrible customer service! Andrew and Ty the manager were rude. Rented a car & gave them a credit card and everything. Got to the location and they said they didn't have any cars that day. This is after we already Ubered over to their location because they did not offer a pickup service unless it was an insurance claim. Had to go down the street to Avis. Much better service and $100 cheaper!

This place will pull the ‘ol switch-a-Roo on your reserved vehicle and not care about it. We reserved a lg suv and they gave us a smaller one, never mentioned any other options and then wanted to charge fees for everything. They almost ruined our vacay. We packed for a lg suv and had to squeeze into the smaller one. Save your money and headaches and stay away from this place.

I rented an SUV almost a month in advance for the Weekend of March. They were great. Tips: Make sure to check with your insurance if they cover insurance on all cars you drive so you won't have to purchase insurance from Hertz.

I originally reserved the regular Sedan online for a one week rental. When I arrived at this location, they didn't have any Sedans left so they upgraded me to the convertible for free! Not bad for $250, definitely will be coming back for future travels.

Absolute worst place to rent!!!! I reported this place with many complaints with State Farm to never use or send their customers to. Stay far away, as I received a damaged vehicle only to return and have to cancel my reservation. Now I have been fraudulently charged that I need to call and report! Please stay away, you will be glad you did! A few more dollars will be well worth it when renting from other companies!!

Wow! All I can say is wow. Please read through this locations other reviews before being your business to them. My experience is as follows. Treated with a disrespectful and disregard. Was in person asking to reserve a vehicle as my insurance is funding while my vehicle is being repaired from being rear ended. So came in to give 4 days ahead that I need a small SUV or Mini Van. Was told “that not how it works”. You get what we have available that day or you get nothing. The customer ahead of me was having a issue because the vehicle they gave him was dirty not cleaned out and had no gas in it. Do your self a favor an take your business else where.

I HAD to use Hertz while my original vehicle was being repaired due to being side-swiped. I had a reservation for an SUV. When I called in to Hertz to make the appointment to pick it up, I was told there were several different SUVs to choose from. Not even 15 minutes later I show up to Hertz and they say they only have sedans available. Why bother having a reservation if it won't be fulfilled. When we go out to view the sedan, I see the specific SUV I was told was available, which I inquired on immediately. The kid showing me the sedan said there was probably a ticket out on it which means needs to have oil changed (which is understandable, but don't bother including that SUV in the availability). So we looked at the sedan and it was super banged up on the body and fenders, etc. When we got back inside, I asked if they can look at other locations for an SUV. The manager called but got a busy line. Aren't all these HERTZ locations in sync? All other Hertz I've encountered had incredible customer service. When I asked if they can put my number aside to ring me if someone turned an SUV in so I can change out the sedan, the kid almost seemed to scoff at me lackadaisically, like, "Oh, I can't be bothered to do that." It doesn't take much decent customer service to do that. It's a very easy thing to do. I've done it for all of my customers. Anyways, other than that, it was great. I will never use this location again.
