They were rude and unprofessional. I could not rent a car cuz I didn't have a credit card I have never had a credit card that's why no don't owe no credit card company I have a bank account with 6 figure in it and that still didn't help. I needed cuz my car was in shop they were just rude those employees need work on there customers services there just rude.

Had to rent a car and was very nervous but it all worked out great! Didn’t pay too much and I have the car for a week while mine is in the shop! Warranty should cover the cost up to $50 a day as long as the repair is covered.

today i came in with my family after being redirected here from another location. When we came in my mom was not feeling well with her asthma and when we found there was no car available after already having a reservation, angela, jared and bria quickly helped us find a solution and got us another car within 10 minutes. My family and I are greatly appreciative of the team working here they are very nice and respectful. They are also offered my mom water when she was not feeling well with her asthma, and she had a safe place to use her asthma machine.

Amazing service! They upgraded me to a full-size pickup truck at no extra charge for a two week rental! But that's not it... I was the victim of identity theft again... So my credit cards weren't working when I returned the vehicle when I called an Uber. Manuel, the assistant manager, found a consenting employee whose name is Javier. Both of these gentlemen arranged for me to be driven from the rental to my hotel! I had to force them to accept a tip!!!! Where are you going to get the kind of service today? I highly highly highly recommend these people for your car rental needs in Phoenix! Awesome people.

I made a reservation for Monday the 7th which happens to be my birthday it went thro and I was happy because I had to also take my car to the shop to have some repairs done. When I got to Enterprise they said they didn't have anything in so I panicked, they kept looking and actually found a car for me that I could have until my car was ready. It ended up being a good day over all.

As soon as I walked in the branch. The manager Nicole greeted me with a smile along with assistant manager Manny. Both were very professional and courteous. Nicole got me out to my rental within 5 minutes. When I brought the car back I was again greeted with a smile and out the door within minutes. Great customer service at this location. Will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this location!

I like this place more than anywhere else, cuz i have a good experience with it. 1. They are friendly. I came here before, sorry, i don't remember those guys i metwith, they were nice too. But these new stuff are more friendly than I ever see. They helped me with anything to get 15 passages van and 8 passages minivan. They were talking to me like a long time friend. MANNY is so friendly and kind. I'll be your costumer Everyday guys. I mean everytime i need a rental car.

The Toyota Corolla car we received was one of the worst shape cars we have ever rented. Cosmetic scratches all over the exterior, black scratches and markings all inside on the ceiling interior and dents/scuffs on the dash on the passenger side. The staff were nice, but it seemed like picking up our car took longer than usual, and there was no one in line ahead of us. They gave it to us with half a tank full, and told us to return it with only half a tank because of that. Hopefully they documented that, I'm assuming we never got charged for returning the car gas tank how we received it.
