Just wanted to share my experience so others don’t waste their time like I did. THEY DONT HAVE PHONES?!?!?!? I made a reservation on the app and was dropped off at their location only to be told there were NO CARS and they had no way of telling me before I arrived because they had no phones. I still don’t know what that even means but she looks embarrassed when she said it.

No phones at the time so called and called. But no answer. Arrived and asked for assistance trying to resolve some issues the young lady assisted me the best she could and even witnessed the horrible customer services provided at the 7st and buckeye location. This location has great customer service.

No ONE ever answers the phone no matter if you spend ALL day calling the location on south central Ave in phoenix. I even walked in while calling to see if they actually busy but they aren't. The place was deserted and they just sat around ignoring the phone. And they have a thing on race too. I sat there for 4hrs waiting for a car & no one offered me water but once this WHITE family of 3 walked in they were spectacularly nicer to them and offered them all bottles of water and STILL didn't offered me any. The location is ran by 2 Caucasian young guy and girl. I pray I never have to deal with this level of incompetence, bias, discrimination and level of unprofessionalism ever again.

Okay so their phone lines MAY be down due to the construction central has going on BUT I sure am glad I walked in this location anyway. This location has inventory unlike some others, and the staff are friendly and professional. Gracie is my go to gal, I emailed her asking her to call me & literally less than 60 seconds my phone rang 😂 Recommend without a doubt!

I’ve been trying to call for the past hour. So far I’ve dialed about 15 times in a row an let it rang all the way through. No answer. They are open. An when they do there is a high lack of customer service. They don’t answer the phone to say can I put you on a brief hood while I finish with a customer. NO. you can hear them say something an then you just get put on hold. The best part I’m actually calling to try and handle a bill!! Maybe this branch needs more training on phone etiquette. I just changed my review from 1 star to 4 an that is because of GRACIE!!! great customer service!! Can’t say the same for Austin. *shoulder shrug Thanks Gracie!
