I absolutely LOVE Chevy's customer service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Been a long term renter for about 3 months and his service, attitude, knowledge, and willingness to help is UNMATCHED. He's gone out of his way to help me get into a better car, when a month before, Fernando told me it's not possible to switch cars without cancelling my contact, and taking a new $200 deposit. I've said it before, but Chevy's customer service is the only reason I use this location.

Best experience I've had at an Enterprise thus far. Fernando, the manager was amazing, working leader running around like crazy getting things done and helping customers, yet maintained an excellent attitude all around. Fernando your a true asset to this company and I hope they value your leadership. Awesome job!

very bad experience, 2 hour wait before i got a car. even with a scheduled appointment. that did not matter at all. lobby filled with 20 people sitting, standing, sitting on floor. one employee at the counter. no order of service whatsoever. never again!!!! I HAVE NOTICED A LOT OF 1 STAR RATINGS AT THIS LOCATION. WHEN CUSTOMER CARE ANSWERS BACK ON THESE REVIEWS, THEY SEEM SO INTERESTED, WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE, RENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER, LOCATION, ETC. BUT THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS AT ALL !!!!!!!

Had a reservation set up through my insurance company. Had it scheduled to pick me up at the repair shop at 10:30. A confirmation call from the day before confirmed everything and they would pick me up at the scheduled time. Arrived at the repair shop to drop off my car and they called Enterprise to remind/confirm my arrival. After fifteen minutes the repair shop called again as Enterprise is only a half mile away. Finally a half hour after my appointment they arrived to take me to the Enterprise location. When I arrived they said they had no cars available and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes for more cats to arrive. Also when they do, I would be fifth in line for a vehicle as other customers were waiting. What is the purpose of a reservation?!?! What a nightmare. I am still sitting here now.

They're okay I suppose when you need to vehicle, that's if there's any cars available. It might take a while for someone to answer the phone. Your best bet is to go there directly to see. They might not pick you up do to the fact that they are short staffed especially on the weekends.

HORRIBLE , Please feel free to share! I was dropped of this morning 6/10/22 , to get a rental car from this location as my car is in the shop. Im a very simple person give me something with air and 4 wheels and i will be good😀 chevy the asst manager was very nice. I came with cash and card. They ran my card and somthing was wrong with my chip. He said do you have another card? No I don’t but i have over $500 on me. Can you take the $500 in replace of the $50 you would put on my card? He said i will ask my manager. I said im stranded then! He said we will take you home. Going inside his manager small guy with a big complex says no. They can’t take me home as I didn’t rent a car! So anyone who knows me at this time im smiling. I said im 52 years old severe diabetic and its 98 degrees out right now can you call me a uber cab somthing? Ill pay for it! No we can’t! Lol. So i sit down call the 1-800 number and it was escalated. They could here me talking and turned the radio up literally where in the one picture they were all laughing 👍 so i walked outside to continue my phone conversation. The man said why won’t he override it and take your cash? I said let’s go ask him😀 i put him on speaker as i went back in. The man asked him you won’t accept cash? He said no! The man asked why won’t you override? He said no!! At this time. I once again stated im 52 years old stranded! Severe diabetic how am i suppose to get home? As you said you can only run a card on my reservation every 24 hours? They didn’t care. Not once did i raise my voice or be nasty in anyway i just wanted to get home. Chevy said at one point we will take you home! Be true to your word! Enterprise for this poor treatment of older people. Do you think this was funny? I did get a ride thanks to my amazing son in law Daniel. Enterprise shame on you for allowing this abuse to your customers!

New branch manager is rude!!! Went in to rewrite my contract and he was insistent on making me pay 47 for today. He stated that my rental was 9am on the 8th and therefore it was due back. I advised him I rented it after 1pm on the 8th and asked why I was being penalized for bringing it in EARLY. He finally removed that charge after me asking SEVERAL times why I was being charged. Then, I told him a tire had a flat, I called roadside they helped. I also advised that a lady (Michele I believe was her name) from another location, told me that I'd get the tire money I paid reimbursed. I spoke with her, because the phones were down. He said that's not true, that unfortunately tires blow and it's not their cost to pay. 🤯🤯 Now THANK GOD for Chevy!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND, RESPECTFUL, AND THOROUGH. You made me feel like I was a valued customer. I will be back because of Chevy, I will need semi rentals next.

Had a reservation at 7:30am. Got there right on time and had to wait. Checked in @8am did not have vehicle ready. Did not like the vehicle they gave us, was too small. Said they couldn't upgrade us. So I asked for a mini van. They said they would call other locations to find out. I got on my phone and called myself and got one on the first phone call. They were still trying to look in there system for one. Other places I have been they get you in and out fast. Not going here again.

Horrible experience with only one car available. It was dirty on the outside and scratched up. It was dirty, stained with scratches, on the inside. I had to Google YouTube videos to figure out how to open the trunk because there is no button on the key fob and no button inside the car. The gas tank was not full. The customer service was good but does not equate to the inadequate car selection. No good selection of cars at this location. Do not come here to rent a car. I do not recommend this location. This is a May 25, 2022 update. My formal complaint was sent to this location on May 23, 2022 and no one from this location has responded. I emailed my formal complaint to the email address listed in the response and no one has responded. This has been a nightmare. Enterprise Rent-a-car does not value their customers or customer feedback to resolve formal complaints in a timely manner.

I wanted to give a shout out to Brian who works there I’m the detailing area. Brian helped recover my stolen truck that had been parked behind Enterprise for a week. Without his keen eye and attention to detail who knows if this would have ever been recovered or what damage could have taken place. Thanks to Brian, Enterprise will be my go-to for car rentals in the future. Thanks again, man!
