Had to take my car for an estimate after losing part of my bumper to the wind on the highway and the employees were great! Quick and painless estimate and they showed me an itemized receipt which was great as well. They’re very busy so if you need any work on your car, definitely call before you need it done! My estimate was completed mid May and they didn’t have an opening until September.

I’ve used Karl’s Collision in the past and had great experiences. As of late I called to get an estimate and they were backed up. I called a sister fix it auto and they said it was a two month wait. The two months are here and they want to hold my vehicle for over a month. I called this location because I have used them and trusted them before to inquire about the normal timeframes since the other location was not upfront. I was laughed at…. This attitude is unacceptable. I for one would not want one of my customers to get laughed at because they are frustrated with the situation. Jokes are not warranted.

12 thousand dollar quote for some front end damage to my car. The headlights weren't even busted. Don't waste your time and go to a small local shop where they don't try to milk you for money.

I am very pleased with how my car turned out. It looks exactly like it did before it was damaged, which is brand new. It only took 5 days to get fixed. The only issue was that I had to wait over 2 months to drop my car off to get fixed, but that is not necessarily Fix Auto’s fault. It was just frustrating to have to wait. The wait is over, and the results are fantastic. Also, the process with the rental pickup and drop off right there was very convenient. The staff is professional and efficient. Fix Auto Glendale (formerly Karl’s Collision) was recommended to us by our service adviser at Sands Chevrolet and it was on a list of recommended body shops we received from our insurance company. We got an estimate scheduled right away and after I arrived the adviser was waiting and got started looking at our 2010 Tundra immediately. After writing the estimate, we got the repair scheduled to begin in about five days (Covid)., and the body and paint work would take about five days. When I arrived on Monday to drop the truck off, Fix called Enterprise who sent somebody right away to pick me up and take me to my rental car. On Friday I called Fix and they said our truck was in the paint shop and should be ready on Monday. (This worked out fine with us as we had the rental car and didn’t need our truck during this time). The following Monday, Fix called and said the truck was ready to go. All the people I had contact with were friendly, professional and obviously knew their business. I returned to Fix in the rental car and they contacted Enterprise to take care of the return. All I had to do was leave the keys there! The body and paint work to the front of our Tundra was excellent! The silver paint was matched perfectly and I couldn’t even tell which parts had been replaced. It literally looked as if it had never been in an accident! I’ve had paint and body work performed by several different body shops in my life, but none were as good as Fix. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Plus they even vacuumed out and wiped down the driver's side and passenger's side area, which was a nice added touch I wasn't expecting!
