Atrocious service. Dropped off my car this AM after a difficult time scheduling. I was sitting in the car on the phone with a client prior to the office opening when one of the employees came out, opened my door, and asked me if I was dropping off and that he would email me a receipt. Being on a business call, I agreed and left. I called in a few hours later because I never received the receipt, and the person who answered told me that they could not email it and I would have to pick it up. Are you kidding me? Then I noticed that I was inaccurately charged. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

This was my best Hertz experience yet, and it really was all about Brian’s superb customer service from day of rental to drop off! Unfortunately, I’ve had some poor experiences with Hertz in the past, but this car was clean, mechanically sound, and a pleasure to drive. Hope next month’s rental is the same, and that I get to deal with Brian again.

Thanks Brian. Well at least I think that’s his name. For taking the time to explain the chain of charges collectively coming to one final charge at the end. Instead of (like the other guy, “the big guy” as he so happily explained) telling me it is what it is and there’s nothing we can do about it since the claim is closed, to take it up with State Farm because they’re the ones who issue their approval amounts for the return dates. No thanks to you for your time or your efforts.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I made a reservation on a Saturday for noon. I showed up in an Uber at 12:02 and nobody would help me. They were closed for the day. Hertz do not make reservations at 12 if you close at 12! I couldn’t even get somebody to help me cancel the reservation at the office.

Unable to get a receipt. I rented a car for a person who promise to pay me back and she didn't. She took me to court claiming I harassed her and when i called hertz they were unable to give me my receipt claiming that they don't have it!

First time renting a vehicle and the way Brittany helped me with the process was amazing, very quick and efficient. I understand we are going through difficul times and stress can take over easily but at the end of the day all they want to do is help their customers. This review is based on my experience and for what i saw while waiting for my rental car. thanks again Brittany :)

I wish I could give the is place 0 stars my car smelled terrible also I wanted to return my car early I work very far from the actual location when I called in to ask if I could return it to another hertz location manager Jason lied to me on the phone saying my rates would go up higher if. Returned to a different location and that I would be charged more funny thing was when I called relations number they said I would not be charged I dropped it off in clearwater and wasn’t charged anything extra I would I’m not recommend this place ever terrible experience bad customer service. This place just RACHET!

I am giving 2 stars because they deliberately do not tell you if you by the gas full tank and don’t use it that they don’t prorate the gas and do not refund. We were only renting for a few days. You are expected to read the print on the back wall. I did not see it. I am a sales person and I am very good at my job. I find truth sells more. I should have been told. I travel a lot and use car rental places a lot. I have never been deceived by an agent. Ask questions and definitely look at back wall. They are dishonest.

Today I was met with two rude and unprofessional agents at the desk! Lack of professionalism! Vehicle was smelly and Smokey! When asked for a “ride” she attempted to put me back into the same car that I canceled because of smoke! Her response “you will only be in there for a minute”! 😱 I Asked for another identically vehicle to swap out and she said it was unavailable. I had to have them call a manager to cancel my authorization immediately so I could go to another company up the street. I didn’t exit the lot. Had to return vehicle immediately! Those two young ladies need assistance with customer friendly service.
