First time renting a vehicle and the way Brittany helped me with the process was amazing, very quick and efficient. I understand we are going through difficul times and stress can take over easily but at the end of the day all they want to do is help their customers. Terrible terrible experience! Reserved a car 2 days in advance to go to my family for thanks giving after my flight. But the office was empty! No one! I called Hertz and they said there is nothing they can do, someone had to be there and someone was not! They advised me to go to an airport 20 miles away to check whether they have any available cars! What an irresponsible service both by the local office and the customer service! NEVER EVER AGAIN I WILL USE HERTZ TO BOOK A CAR! ~Arsen

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Hertz. I was in and out of the door within 20 minutes. The prices are unmatched compared to other competitors. I was able to reserve a car the same day and later my insurance company had no issue transferring the reservation. 10/10 experience I am so pleased with my recent experience at Hertz. Great service very personable. What they don't tell you is that their insurance (22.90 a day) is mandatory if you don't have collision on your own insurance. BUT since we didn't it was mandatory he upgraded our car :) ~Denise

I do not recommend this branch or even the company. Long story short we made a vehicle reservation with specific requirements. (a receiver for a bicycle rack). My husband spoke directly in person with the branch manager that morning to ensure the vehicle A: would be available by our 4pm pick up time (no vehicles were on the lot at the time) and B: they would undoubtedly not have a problem making sure our vehicle had a receiver on it. When picking up said rental at 4 pm the vehicle wasn't what was promised, was told that they couldn't guarantee what vehicles would end up on the lot, told us (at 4pm) that none of their vehicles have receiver capability, and then completely argued and denied ever speaking with my husband about needing a receiver that morning. This left us with 20 minutes to scramble to another vehicle rental company before all offices closed. Had we of known the morning of the reservation that what we needed wasn't even an option we could of made other arrangements and had the entirety of the day to do so. We went from $600.00 rental to $1200.00. This was in August. Its now well into September with multiple calls in to their regional manager and no one will return our calls. Completely Unacceptable. Rent at your own risk because if you have a problem no guarantee they wont do the same to you. ~Kelsie
