This is the only place that I rent rent a cars from I love Enterprise and the customer service is wonderful you're always trying to make a way to help you even go out that way and I love the points that you earn to use towards another rental wonderful give him a try I believe you love them too

I like Enterprise's rates compared to other car rental companies. I have been renting from Enterprise for years but had not been to this location. I will however, definitely be returning to this location for rental services in the future. Upon picking up and dropping off our rental, Joe assisted us with our rental for a weekend trip. In both instances the process was fast, friendly and professional. Overall the whole staff was friendly and a positive experience.

My car was in the shop for over a week and Enterprise in St. Petersburg provided my rental car. They were practicing social distancing at check-in, so Joe May came out to greet me and get me set with my rental. When I picked up my car from the shop 10 days later, I was able to leave the rental there and Enterprise picked it up. Not issues with the car and great customer service!

The sales associate tried to convince me I didn't need a rental car for the length of time I needed it. He forced me to take a car that didn't fit my needs. I have 3 kids and he gave me a Hyundai Elantra, a compact car. I declined to take the car but he was unable to offer me anything else. He gave me two different deposit quotes one was $50 and the other was $300. I had to put a $300 hold during the visit. Lastly, this location closes at 5 and does not have an after hours drop-off. So, I was stuck with the car an extra day which I had to pay for.

I've been to this location twice. Hour long lines even if you have a reservation and the cars are not clean. See pics. I could go on about how unpleasant both experiences were but not worth the time. Will not go back.

Great service very personable. What they don't tell you is that their insurance (22.90 a day) is mandatory if you don't have collision on your own insurance. BUT since we didn't it was mandatory he upgraded our car :)

Really wonderful staff. They have excellent customer service. They get me in and out so quickly and efficiently. Zachary was incredible and has taken care of me both times I have rented here in the past 2 weeks. Rent here for sure.
