Mostly nice, friendly cashiers. 50% Senior day is an extra blessing for many. Just wish they could clean better. 🤷♀️

Everything is over priced !! Good will is supposed to be cheap, for people who can't afford things, Walmart is cheaper ,everyone always looks mad,wont go there again sad... because Plymouth just opened this store,they'll end up closing soon if this doesn't change.

Store was great, unfortunately the manager reprimanded an employee in front of other coworkers and customers Threatened to document her for not going on break. So unprofessional I felt bad for her she was only doing her job and she had a long line.

Goodwill have some wonderful employees. And they do their best to keep it up however the prices are over the top. A lot of other stores Walmart included when on clearance has brand new clothes cheaper than some of the clothes at Goodwill has that has holes in there or the zippers broke. That's my only issue with Goodwill

Bought a large rug on 11/30, was told I could return. I got it home and it had candy on it with dog spots all over it. I got some of it out with the steamer. They are saying they won't take it back. The store needs to honor what the employees say to the customer.

I love this Goodwill. Great employees. Prices are reasonable! Not overpriced or overstocked much where you can't get a piece of clothes off the wrack (another Goodwill in NW Indiana not far) In great order to find clothing easily! You employees are overachievers and your manager is giving great direction. You all deserve a raise!

Store is clean for a Goodwill and things are mostly organized fairly well. It appears they no longer required masks in late May 2021. Items were uniformly priced about 20% more than I would have paid for them. I'm guessing they move a lot of inventory if they can demand these prices. Overall, friendly staff.

Things here got a lot more expensive ($6 for a t-shirt). I used to love the books but they minimized it by half. The picture is of the entire book rack. :( Very sad.
