This store has gone down down down. Items seemed overpriced and merchandise was in disarray. Was thoroughly disappointed. Wasn't like that a year ago. Store has really gone downhill. Maybe you all need new management!!!

I love finding new things daily. Pricing is getting out of hand. Everything used to be a basic set amount so you could find a deal. But now only the dirty stained ripped and worn out stuff is the basic prices. Also toddlers sleep wear states it's a set price for nightgown s are 1.99 and one piece sleepers or one piece to set is 1.99 and sets are 3.99 for sets. Which is find but I have seen for the last 6 months there Pricing for toddler s nightgown s at 3.99 like dresses. And to be honest walmart only charges 5.00 for a brand new set of sleep wear for children. And forget it if and clothing says nike or puma or Adidas it's atleast 5.99 for a shirt or 8.99 to 9.99 for pants and this is used clothing and you can find them clearance or on sale at kolhs or meijer cheaper. I really do like to go to goodwill and look at odds and ends but I have pretty much gave up on kids clothing. Thanks Stacy Wright

We are visiting from SC and the color of the day is red. Upon purchasing, we were ask if we had a goodwill card. Apparently in order to get 50 percent off you have to have a goodwill card. I shop a many goodwill stores where this does not exist. We were dissatisfied and your cashier did not make it any better.

Went to make a return tonight and was told that they wouldn’t take my return because they stop taking returns a hour before close, which I found odd because the store was still open. Never have I been to a Goodwill, or any store for that matter, that refuses to accept returns while still open. Honestly just seems lazy and absurd. This store is closest to me so it’s preferable for returns and donations but otherwise I choose not to frequent often. I find store to be lacking in selection, disorganized and dirty, and store staff generally aren’t friendly.

Huge selection of clothes compared to other goodwill stores. Very interesting finds for cheap, including furniture. Some of the products were sticky, dirty, or stained though.

The Goodwill store was clean and nice very organized. I asked if they honored medical workers and giving them a discount and they said no the only discounts they give is senior citizen and Military which is good but I do think they need to honor all the medical workers and then health workers out here that is helping others as well.

In my opinion, the selection at this Goodwill is lacking & nearly everything is over priced. However. I DID find a few actual vintage items... which was nice. BUT!! I ended up buying ABSOLUTELY NOTHING & for the first time EVER in my life...I pushed my nearly full cart towards the register area & walked out. I let the 3 teenagers working that there was NO WAY I'd buy ANYTHING from this location after how incredibly RUDE they were to me. Not that it made even the slightest impact on any of them as they found it hilarious & the female at the register remarked..."Thank God, now I don't have to check her out!" Truth be told, their unprofessional behavior was unbelievable from the time i walked into the store. At first, i thought their manager had to be in lunch break or something. Boy, was I wrong. They were so consumed with socializing with one another, talking on their phones, complaining loudly about custumers STILL in the store shopping as they were straightening up here and there. That is, when they weren't running thru the store chasing one another jumping over furniture or pounding on the bathroom door repeatedly anytime anyone tried using it. Making sarcastic remarks like maybe we should slide a magazine under the door followed by more laughter. But, the real shocker was when closing time drew near & they began very rudely announcing that the store was closing and everyone needed to come to the front and check out. Loudly saying they were done and ready to go and if anyone wanted to take their time they weren't getting checked out. I hadn't found exactly what i needed so i was still looking and was followed by one make in particular with the encouragement of the others. He kept telling me i needed to start walking towards the register and i told him i knew they closed at 9 and would check out when i was finished to which he said i better check out NOW or i wasnt going to be checked out because they were pulling the register at 855 pm. I just shook my head and went to check one more area and he followed me saying the store was closed & i had to check out NOW. I was so angry at this point that I followed him and that's when i walked out. I sat in the parking lot crying out of anger and frustration & they had the nerve to circle my vehicle waiting for me to leave. Horrible experience. I can't believe teenagers like this are left to run a store. I left a message for the manager that was never returned.
