This review is on behalf of my wife, today she had a racist experience from one of the employees (Kim) she was very rude and acting racially knowing that my wife is a Muslim woman, I talked to her supervisor about what just happened, no one would accept being treated like that and no one deserves it, no matter of who you are or where you're from we're all equal no differences, I would say to Kim would you accept it if somebody did to you what you just did?? I Let you answer this question.

No safe handicap space for the van lift. I was harassed by the same employee twice and so was my husband about my decision to get my husband in safety.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but I had to, to write this review. I’ve been thrifting for vases for my wedding in May, I had been to two different locations prior to this one, had the best customer service and helpful people. I come inside this location to find the most RUDE employee, doesn’t help me with my vases, makes me wrap my own and find a box somewhere around the store to place them in. She looked at me like I was crazy for having her help me box my stuff up. I was livid. Horrible horrible customer service! Management needs to do something about this cause this is freaking ridiculous. At least hire people who are willing to actually work!

I have been shopping at Goodwill at least 40 years. I have never had a bad experience until now. The cashier told me that my children's picture books were adult books. The title page clearly stated juvenile literature. She was very rude and argued with me.

So Yesterday ! For The First Time I Had Felt As If I Was Really Not Welcomed ! On My My away To Indianapolis from my Home In Fishers To Have A Night at The Bar , and my pants Got Ruined so where me and my friend was at there was a Good Will store ! I decided to go in to buy some pants to change in to, wasn’t even in there for 30 mins , found what I wanted ! Headed to check out , and all the employees came to the front and crowded me , even the security came from the back and blocked the cashier aisle I was in , made me feel very uncomfortable not thinking , and they stayed there till I walked out, seeing I only have one thing when they approached me.. So I left out , as I was talking to a friend about my feelings , and he was saying the same so I went back to reture the pants because I rather spend my hard working money els where , And when I came in they was talking , and the remarks “ told you so “ was said by a manager and security and what ever els they said , knowing I was upset about the situation, And I told them why I was returning it ! Due to the fact y’all just made me feel unwelcome , y’all just bothered my peace , and they Offered me a gift card as if I was gonna come back to shop I would never shop at the GOODWILL AGAIN .. the carelessness that they had was not ok..

2nd time within the last 2 months that I’ve been checked out and given horrible attitude. I will start out that I shop here several times a month and until now have I had an issue. I took something up to the register that was missing a price. The lady at the checkout called for someone and put a price on it. I ended up not wanting it because I didn’t like the price so I put it on the end cap while she rang up the rest of my items. I was told that I wasn’t supposed to do that, instead take it back where I got it. I have never been told that in the years I have shopped at goodwill. When I proceeded to tell her I would not be doing that that I could give it back to her or put it back she rolled her eyes at me and told me again I am the one that is supposed to put it back.

Anyone who still possesses a functioning IQ and critical thinking skills will not be satisfied with the continuing **CLOSED DRESSING ROOM** policy. This is yet another pathetic example of how bureaucratic brain dull policies are initiated on a *Nationwide scale.* Good Will appears to have been infiltrated by profiteering corporate executives, whose bottom line is obvious: *PROFITS over PEOPLE.** It's been said that: ""Socialism is just Communism for slow learners."" To *standardize* is to *socialize,* whose ultimate goal is totalitarian control over resources (and thus the population). Imagine such a dream business, where the generous and civic- minded community delivers **FREE** clothing, furniture, appliances, etc. right to your door, with the intention that those less fortunate neighbors can benefit from their thoughtful gestures of kindness. Good Will began with such a service to others attitude. However, the original mission statement is becoming rapidly deteriorated. From: 1- Price fixing of clothing across the entire country 2- CLOSED DRESSING ROOMS 3- Subtle reward and punishment tactics (50% tag discounts *only* apply if you **sign up on their system**) 4- The formerly *Unconstitutional Mask Mandates* that were the most aggressively enforced in the entire country (that does quality as a Nuremberg 2.0 Violation, by the way) Maybe it's time for the **people to decide** who sits at the top of the Good Will pyramid in their town!

Has anyone else noticed that what Goodwill sells now is kind of junky? This used to be a fun place to shop, they used to have a lot of good things to look at. Maybe everyone has stopped donating the good stuff or maybe it's that the goodwill people can make more money selling your donations on their online auction site.

I am so sick of the closed fitting rooms - seriously it’s time to open them. I’ve been to other goodwills with open fitting rooms since they were closed bc of covid, so it just feels like they’re too lazy to open them back up. If you’re not going to allow returns (especially considering they are charging $10 for a simple adidas tee shirt now) you should have them open.

I enjoy these goodwill outlets, clothes, shoes, housewares all sold by the pound. Alrhough you have to hunt for the good stuff it's in there, and worth the dig. You never know what you'll find and it satisfies that shopping addiction without breaking the bank. My commitment to the hunt has found me digging up Bose BT speakers, Apple Air Pods, Jimmy Choo shoes, and a Christian Dior coat. You just never know. Have fun.
