The store is messy and cluttered. There is freight all over the store in the rolltainors that are used for delivery of the products. You can't get through the aisles to shop. This used to be a really great store but it has gone downhill in the last 2 months or so. ~kelley

Some black lady with a low haircut in there on june 2nd at 9:40am said they were closed and the door is open .. and a lady came out with a bag as if she checked her out .. you guys need better employees that want to work .. ~Kira

Place honestly is a joke. The manager let's people steal. The place is dirty and mismanaged. I barely want to even show up. I know it's a horrible thing to say, given my employment there. ~Oh

I had a similar experience as Tyrone, but didn't even make it into the store. I knew I was going to purchase at least $30 worth of items and exactly what I was looking for. I was going to be out 6-7 minutes, tops. I got there today at 8:47 and the door was already locked. Some guy at the register shouted through the glass "it's closed!". As if I was going to try to bust through or something? Whoever the manager is here, definitely check the tapes after 8:45. I can guarantee you your two-plus employees made zero sales after this time. Def glad a family dollar closer to is opening up closer soon. I had already stopped going to the DG on high school road for various oddities, but apparently the anti-customer culture has carried over to there too. ~Matt

I've shopped here many, many times; and if I can't always find the exact item I'm looking for at a cheap price, then they usually have a version of the item that's overpriced; or something that at least kinda functions like what I really wanted. The problem with this Dollar General seems to be chronic understaffing, particularly in organized stocking of items onto shelves, that's been going on since like the start of the pandemic in Spring 2020. Marked prices are often very incorrect, as rising prices with inflation and unmarked changes make actual prices nearly unknowable... at least until items are scanned at checkout. There are some indications that this DG is improving, but imo it still needs some real work. ~M

The store cleared my account, kept my items and haven't put my money back. And won't answer any number I call I had a total of 14 dollars, I walk my car is broke down. I was trying to get my grandson a birthday card. I checked my account at the store before I left. My house burnt down, and my husband died in February. I'm just trying to get by. If I have to walk across town to get my money I'm gonna be angry with your company. Morris St, Indianapolis In. And they told me my money would be back at the of the day, when my bank gave them an option to put it back immediately. Tomorrow will be 4 days, no money and obviously no birthday Card ~Jamie

I wish I have read reviews I wouldn’t have waisted my time shopping in this place. Very terrible customer service. They refused to refund my money after waiting for my order for four months. I eventually decided to get something else from them with the money they are owing me , they deducted two hundred dollars saying is for canceling the order. Even at gun point, I will never in my life shop here again. ~Iddo

We stoped here on a road trip to get hair gel for my cousin because his hair keep falling in his face. Needless to say it worked and we are thankful! ~Don

Courteous, professional, talented; Vitian has it all! She fixed up a cushion for me that had a defect from the manufacturer. She put in a spankin’ new zipper and I couldn’t be happier, she did a beautiful job. The price was right and I appreciated her kindness and prompt communication.
