Constantly closed; if not that then the register or somethings not working. The people are nice except for one lady. If they’re gonna close all the time they need to just shut down or fire the bosses. There’s reasons why their workers never wanna stay ~Holly

I was initially referred to Ergo-Office Furniture in 2013 and my company has made several purchases from them since that time. Sue Sharp and her team have gone beyond my expectations in terms of cost savings, quality and speed with which our furniture was ordered, delivered and set up. Phone calls and emails are always promptly returned and Sue has made several suggestions that worked out very well for our needs. Ergo’s delivery and installation team are on time, polite and knowledgeable and everything has always been cleaned up when the project was completed. What I appreciate the most about working with Ergo-Office Furniture is their ability to deliver quality new and refurbished furniture, at a good price and most importantly, they make me look good to my managers and our customers! I went there to get business cards and other marketing materials printed for a pop-up I have coming up. Not being super tech savvy I needed a little help getting my logo placed on the materials. After waiting in line in an empty store for 17 minutes while 2 employees had a conversation, I was told by the clerk behind the counter that he was too busy to help me. He would gladly schedule an appointment for me to come back on a day in which he was NOT working to provide the service. He also could not provide answers to basic questions regarding turnaround times and forms of payment. So unfortunately for this store I took my $3,500.00 sale to one of their competitors!! In this day and age with brick and mortar stores becoming obsolete on the regular, you would think that they would be clamoring for business!!! I understand my little measly business doesn't matter to many but their competitor was very glad to have it!! And they will continue to HAVE IT!!! SKIP THIS STORE!! ~Dee

Literally never fails, this store is NEVER open except for first thing in the morning. It’s like the gm comes in, opens for a few hours, and then closes as soon as they can. The store is a disorganized mess, visible from in front of the locked doors. Last time I was in there, I could barely get down the isles and the workers were so unprofessional. I’m glad my son wasn’t with me cuz the music that was playing, was stupid loud and very vulgar. This store needs help. A lot of it. ~Charity

Compared to the atrocity at 116th and Olio, this location is great. They're better stocked, less busy, and faster at checking you out. The only real annoying thing is how much litter there is around the building. ~Michael

Horrible... would not recommend to anyone. Whoever did our cake the icing was horrible done and not even along edges. We wanted white cake not yellow. Yes there is a difference. But The whole cake was not even level. Like one side was missing part of cake and they tried sticking it back together. ~Leathan

Excellent customer service, Best Save A Lot in Indianapolis. Safest Save A Lot in Indianapolis. Clean Store and Bathrooms. Decent Stock. You can really see the effort the staff puts in this store and you can't beat the prices. This is only Save A Lot I would recommend in the Indianapolis area. ~Pamela

Staff needs help, it's pretty chaotic. The workers are doing the best they can but definitely need help with restocking shelves and keeping the aisles clear of boxes. Update: new staff super friendly and I appreciate the effort out forth to keep the shelves stocked ~Dannielle
