8 Best furniture store in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

I wish I have read reviews I wouldn’t have waisted my time shopping in this place. Very terrible customer service. They refused to refund my money after waiting for my order for four months. I eventually decided to get something else from them with the money they are owing me , they deducted two hundred dollars saying is for canceling the order. Even at gun point, I will never in my life shop here again. ~Iddo

I went there to get business cards and other marketing materials printed for a pop-up I have coming up. Not being super tech savvy I needed a little help getting my logo placed on the materials. After waiting in line in an empty store for 17 minutes while 2 employees had a conversation, I was told by the clerk behind the counter that he was too busy to help me. He would gladly schedule an appointment for me to come back on a day in which he was NOT working to provide the service. He also could not provide answers to basic questions regarding turnaround times and forms of payment. So unfortunately for this store I took my $3,500.00 sale to one of their competitors!! In this day and age with brick and mortar stores becoming obsolete on the regular, you would think that they would be clamoring for business!!! I understand my little measly business doesn't matter to many but their competitor was very glad to have it!! And they will continue to HAVE IT!!! SKIP THIS STORE!! ~Dee

I love shopping for children's and ladies juniors' sized clothing there for grandkids. The prices are great, and the quality of the clothing is good. They have cute clothes. Only problem is there is not always the size I am looking for, but overall it is a great place for me to shop. ~Tracy

Purchased new dining set, got a great price, waited 2 weeks for it which is understandable. Delivery team was nice to us. Only problem we had was a corner of the new table was chipped bad so now we are waiting on a replacement and a couple chairs are wobbly. But FCV team and guys were great, would buy from again. ~Larry

While the store is usually fairly clean, today there were boxes stacked everywhere. They were out of stock of at least four specific things on my ten item list. Their coke prices are extremely high, and there were way more empty shelves than there should be. I even saw some mold on a snack pack of meat and cheese. They do have a good loyalty program, and Target circle offers can be helpful, but they’re not always advertised at the shelf so it’s a chore having to search for them individually sometimes. ~Danielle

I have a full leg amputee, with a prosthetic leg. The instructions that I have in my curbside order are for specific reasons. Mainly, for when I pull into my carport back at my complex, it makes it easier to get them out, if they are behind the driver seat on that side. He literally opened the door to the passenger side, popped the bags in the backseat, and shut the door. I’m not even sure he said thank you. But I did not get a chance to correct him and have him move the bags. This is not the normal interaction or service I get at the Nora store. They have some fantastic employees there that are always helpful and friendly. Maybe this was just a one off. ~Greg
