Every step and process was handled very professionally by management delivery of furniture very courteous but there was one problem I must be honest. When I call Saturday around 2:30 PM concerning get it an update on delivery the person I spoke with told me they was running late ⏰ by 2 stop 🛑 Which I had no problem with but I asked the Individual when were you going to call me as a customer to let me know and she informed me she didn’t have to call at all I found that answer unacceptable. And was considering not going back but because someone else called me every step of the way from that unprofessional response I decide to give Value city furniture another opportunity since I spend my money at the store . 🏬 I did it form that I would speak with up management concerning that phone call there is a lady by the name of Miss Rose she appear to be super nice and professional it was a pleasure interacting communicating with her she gets things handled very professionally the workers can learn a lot from her in my humble opinion.

I purchased a sectional, TV stand and bed with mattress and box springs. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a furniture purchase. The salesman who helped me at the store was probably the best salesman I have experienced in any industry. His name is Terrence Porter and he really blew me away. Extremely knowledgeable, upbeat and the perfect mix of showing me around and leaving me alone to look myself. He did not push any individual product and was only interested in making sure I got what I actually wanted. The delivery came within an hour of the start of the delivery window I was given and the delivery guys were professional as well as quick. Also I absolutely love all the stuff I got. I don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with this experience I felt I had to.

Bryson assisted me today and he was such a great help. He communicated well and really came through with awesome details about the brand and pieces that I purchased. He took his time and unlike a lot of sales people I didn’t feel rushed. He was invested in me getting the items that I really wanted and that made my purchase even better. After months of looking for the perfect couches I’m excited to say that I’ve found them and that it was a great overall experience. Ask for Bryson and he will take great care of you !!! Purchased new dining set, got a great price, waited 2 weeks for it which is understandable. Delivery team was nice to us. Only problem we had was a corner of the new table was chipped bad so now we are waiting on a replacement and a couple chairs are wobbly. But FCV team and guys were great, would buy from again.

My experience at value city was great start to finish. Will helped me getting the perfect pieces for my new place. I went in today to check when I could get my furniture (not knowing they don’t deliver furniture out back on Sundays.) Stephon heard the nice customer service clerk let me know I would need to call Tuesday to pick my furniture up. He immediately said your here, we’ll get you taken care of. He and Brian came out and assisted me in getting my new furniture. I highly recommend value city furniture. Their customer service is amazing and it I do need furniture in the future, I will be shopping with this team. Thanks!

Roger was great! He kept up with me and my indecisiveness and only offered things that I was looking for. He didn’t try to up sell or down sell anything which I loved! He did an amazing job staging for me and helping me move things around to really get a picture of what my living room will look like. He really went above and beyond and answered my million questions. All of this at close to the end of the day too! Also- go for the 5 year warranty! Affordable and exactly what I need with a commitment like this. Will be returning for future furniture and decor purchases.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered online and had a scheduled delivery. Took the day off work to be home for the provided delivery window. I received a phone call that the delivery was 30 minutes from my home and 1.5 hrs later, no delivery. I called the store to make sure no one was lost and check the status. I was told the delivery service had multiple call ins and my order wouldn't fit on the truck in the morning. No phone call was made in the morning when the truck was loaded, letting me know that I wasn't receiving a delivery, potentially allowing me to go to work. Who knows when anyone would have contacted me about not receiving my delivery for that day? I then was eventually contacted by the warehouse Manager (all by attempts of me calling the store, not the store reaching out to me), Thomas, telling me that the delivery would not be able to be made until a week later because that's the only time they are in my area. No attempt was made for the company to make things right and go out of their way for their customer, when the delivery staffing situation was not my fault. They scheduled the delivery for the following week, so 1 week after my scheduled delivery, even though I told them numerous times that day was not going to work for me as I had work meetings I needed to be present for. Finally, they told me the store Manager, Jason, would call me the following day at 10am because he was not currently in office. I waited until 1pm the next day and contacted the store again because I had not heard anything from the store. I was told I couldn't talk to Jason because he was busy. At this point, I called the main customer service line because I wanted to get the new delivery date squared away, knowing I would not be able to be home for the updated date they assigned me with no regard to my schedule. Customer Service transferred me back to the store and unfortunately I do not remember the woman's name who helped me. She was the most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with from a customer service standpoint. The call ended with her telling me I couldn't wait on hold for the Manager and abruptly hung up on me. After this, I called and canceled my order. I would rather continue to not have furniture than spend my money at Value City Furniture. I have already shared my experience with many who are currently furniture shopping and have deterred them from your store. I am a Manager myself and cannot imagine anyone on my team providing this kind of service, let alone not addressing the customer myself, as the Manager. TERRIBLE customer service!!
