Went in to get items printed for my nonprofit. Was greeted and helped by an amazing associate who was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick at getting my job completed. The store was clean and the prints looked great. Very happy with this store and the service I received.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly especially Cole. He walked us to the item, then to the checkout and talked to us. He ended the visit with “Have a Blessed Day” which was my very favorite part 😊

Once again, OMax came through! I had older copies that had yellowed and Jaii made the print darker and background less and it looked terrific. She put it all together in record time.. Thanks again for all your help and good service.

I went there to get business cards and other marketing materials printed for a pop-up I have coming up. Not being super tech savvy I needed a little help getting my logo placed on the materials. After waiting in line in an empty store for 17 minutes while 2 employees had a conversation, I was told by the clerk behind the counter that he was too busy to help me. He would gladly schedule an appointment for me to come back on a day in which he was NOT working to provide the service. He also could not provide answers to basic questions regarding turnaround times and forms of payment. So unfortunately for this store I took my $3,500.00 sale to one of their competitors!! In this day and age with brick and mortar stores becoming obsolete on the regular, you would think that they would be clamoring for business!!! I understand my little measly business doesn't matter to many but their competitor was very glad to have it!! And they will continue to HAVE IT!!! SKIP THIS STORE!!

Highly Recommend store on East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN! Very helpful employees when asked for location of items. Employees at the printing counter are always helpful in making copies as well as laminating items for protection. Very courteous and polite service!

I had ordered a photo posterwise... 36 x 48 it was Bent and twisted ruined I don't think that was a very good thing to be mailed I would suggest going out and getting your things picked up... hahaha UPS drivers don't care about your stuff... I'm waiting currently to find out if I get remembered for my ruined picture.

The associate was helpful and patient, I would have given 5 stars if the prices were not so high, but I know the economy maybe the reason why. I usually can go into Office Max and find items on sale and I have not seen this lately.
