Literally never fails, this store is NEVER open except for first thing in the morning. It’s like the gm comes in, opens for a few hours, and then closes as soon as they can. The store is a disorganized mess, visible from in front of the locked doors. Last time I was in there, I could barely get down the isles and the workers were so unprofessional. I’m glad my son wasn’t with me cuz the music that was playing, was stupid loud and very vulgar. This store needs help. A lot of it.

7:25 pm, doors locked. No hours posted on the doors. Other customers pulling up. I took my business down the street. 🛑 This store is undependable. I won't waste my time anymore.

They need to just shut this store down. They just make up store hours daily and are never stocked and the aisles are always a mess. Unprofessional employees. Just pathetic

The place is usually a wreck, stocking carts blocking isles or products... and thats IF the shelves aren't bare. There's my gripe. Staff, however is wonderful! Just wish the stock was....

Everytime I go in this specific store they have aisles blocked off with metal racks full of items to stock shelves so I am not able to look at the items down those blocked aisles. It's not just 1 aisle blocked off, there are several. They should figure out a different way to stock the shelves so it doesnt interfere with peoples shopping

This store is a mess. The aisles are cluttered and shelves are messy or there is no stock out on the shelves. I cant believe that leaving all the stock carts out is safe or necessary seeing how this place is such a mess.alot has changed since this store opened.

It used to be the nicer Dollar General. Now, it's like all the others. You can't walk down the aisles, can't really shop because there's boxes in front of all of the shelves. If they hired some help for stocking this problem could easily be taken care of

Inventory is helter skelter (except the 5 pk of Reese's cups which are NEVER stocked)band reliably unreliable. My FAVOURITE point regarding the W. Washington St. locations is the tend to close 15 to 30 minutes early and they will lock the doors while looking at a customer getting out of their car. It's happened to me no fewer than 3 times in the last month.

I really like the new location of the store. It's larger so there's more variety of inventory and it's better organized than the last location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the moment there are a ton of things in the inventory that are my favorite color which is also a bonus.
