Zach was awesome and helped me get everything printed the way I needed. He even explained the difference between file types like jpeg, pdf, etc. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! The staff here are the best!

Very helpful and fast. I have some workbooks printed here and Zac has made the process so easy and has always been so quick. He even let me in on the secrets of printing and shipping in bulk. I actually saved money printing here.

Manager here named Zach was very unhelpful told me to save us both some time I can't help you my expert just told you what the cost is, so it is what it is. I asked him can you let me explain at least. Shipped out the same items as last time, same weight, same packing and the cost was $185, this time around they told me over $600 to ship. He said well I can't change what the computer says, I know you are shipping the same items but I don't know. Had no answer and showed no signs of wanting to help. I even showed them my receipt from last time still he was clueless. I was furious and went to UPS charged me $190 to ship. Screw you Zach and your little expert you adore so much.

The self-serve is obsolete. This is most likely a ploy to charge $30.00 for their design services. Can someone suggest where else I can go to make business cards? They weren’t knowledgeable here about their services. As a business owner, I’m pretty upset. Their business practices are unethical, and they aren’t doing the right thing. The occasional kindness doesn’t distract from the fact that this is a business which is limited on truly providing the business services offered here.

I’ve been bringing packages here for years and have generally had good experiences. However, my latest experience was terrible....so bad it erased years of good service. I had 3 products to ship and pack. They were busy and asked if they could do it later and just send me an invoice. Not a problem, right? Then a few hours later I get a receipt for $500 for 3 medium sized boxes via Ground shipping going a few states away. I expect to pay a lot going through the store direct, but this is fleecing at a different level. The store manager Wendy was unapologetic and not helpful either. I’m afraid they’re going to price themselves right out of business. I’ll definitely help spread the word.

I was having a poster printed for someone as a Christmas gift. Wendy and Zach went above and beyond to work with me and make my order turn out better than I hoped for. We did everything except the pick up via email and phone. This was extremely helpful during a pandemic. Thank you so much Wendy & Zach!!!

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgable and kind. I typically work with Zach on their team. I'm to the point where I need simple reprints of things, and I just shoot them a quick email with how many copies I need and updated artwork. Don't hold them to it every time, but he usually has my stuff done within 20 minutes—even less. I know that's contingent on how busy they are, but I'm always shocked at how quickly I get a phone call that says, "prints are done." You're always greeted. If there's a line, they acknowledge you. Shipping/printing/etc. can sometimes be a headache in general, so it's nice to know that going here alleviates some of that.
