The manager (Bryson) at the AT&T store in Lihue, Hawaii is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. He should not be a manager and should NOT be customer facing. Never have I had been treated worse as a paying customer - then to find out he’s the MANAGER?! What?! After reading so many bad reviews on Google and on Yelp about this location, including ones that repeatedly call him out by name, I am shocked he continues to have a job at AT&T. He embodies no aspect of AT&Ts supposed values. Zero. From the start he treated me as if I were an inconvenience to him. I’m absolutely disgusted by his treatment of his customers. I’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for over a decade and when I told him I was considering moving to another provider based on how I was treated he said “that sounds like a good option”. I hope someone at AT&T sees all of the bad reviews and gets rid of this cancer within their ranks. Or maybe they don’t care either.

We had a great experience the young man who helped us was fantastic I think his name was Bryce, he was able to get us the phones we wanted and even get us a great deal!

Been an AT&T customer for 15 years. I guess it's time to really start talking with Verizon folks on island. I'm a local and have been in this store for all my phone needs for years. Today I went in to purchase a new phone because my screen was cracked on the last one that I bought here. 🙃 Anyway when I asked how much the phone was, I got the rolled eyes and sigh from the rep, like It was a problem to look up the price for me. I agreed to purchase and asked for help getting my info transferred over to the new phone. Nope. We don't do that was the reply I got. I said they have done it to every phone we have bought from them for years. Nope we don't have the equipment to do that anymore was the reply. . Wait... What. I said last time it took 30 minutes using the store wifi and the att/sumsung transfer app? We don't do that anymore they said. Basically sell me a phone and send me out the door on my own to figure things out. I don't think so. The phone is more $ in the ATT store than it is at Walmart across the street. I come into the ATT store for customer service and help getting data transferred over to my new phone. . I got turned away even by the shift manager with tatoos on his face....that's what made me write this review. I am a business owner on island so I understand that some days things happen. But when I specifically asked the manager for help and was told sorry i was done. VERIZON stores on island said no problem. We can help you get things working on your new phone..No Worries. Customer service is most important. Hopefully this helps this store fix thier issues.

Many, Many, Many Thanks Manager Bryson You Da Best!! I recently got a new iPhone and being sooo electronically challenged it has been very difficult getting use to this upgraded model!! Manager Bryson was EXTREMELY PATIENT answering my numerous questions, walked me through various areas (ex: how to backup iCloud, add apps) and helped me better understand this new phone!!! Thank you also to Ryanne and Nick who previously assisted me with troubleshooting!!

AT&T is very lucky to have Kelly as an employee! She made my experience at your store, pleasant and even fun. Kelly was very helpful and courteous. She did a very meticulous and amazing job installing all the protective gadgets for my new iPhone 13! She’s a keeper!!!

The guy who helped (god I wish I remembered his name) us was very friendly and talked stories with us when we were waiting for approval also he was super patient with us and the way he explained things helped out a lot 10/10 recommend going again. Also they greeted everyone who walked in and told them they’ll be right with them no attitude just really friendly.

I highly recommend you to make a reservation for your appointment before you come here. Walk-in takes a long time. The lady who accepted my sign-in, told me waiting time should be 45-60 minutes but my actual waiting time was 110 minutes! I was really stupid to wait almost 2 hours just to ask some simple questions! Well I was good at being patient but I think they should improve their inefficient and slow customer service!!!
