The wait was a bit much. However the fact they are enforcing social distancing is a plus. Ella was very helpful and thorough in assisting me with upgrading my phone. Finn was also helpful in helping me choose wireless headphones that would best suit my needs. Kunia location is hands down the best.

Not sure it I made the right choice to switch companies. March 31, 2021 decided to go in. Several hours later, phone plan and phone choices made, including a G-pad. Attempt made to go online as suggested that evening to confirm and wouldn't you know it, T-mobile was down. (Strike One) Drove back next day, (April 1st) confirmed order, and that I would get email shortly. Today, is April 5th (4:30PM) and I've attempted to call, as well as go online for status of phones. {Unsuccessfully}. Still pending that email. (Strike 2) Did I make a mistake? (Not a good experience so far.)

We went to pay for prepaid service, the rep told us they were running promo so we could get same thing for 25 less. This was 3rd time coming to store because phone was off but they kept telling me I was active til Sept. So I just wanted to pay. After changing sim card a 4th time, the rep couldn't activate my phone, we waited over an hour and she finally said because of network we would have to wait 24hrs!!! This is the 4th day this charade has gone on. I am sure after 24hrs it still won't work!!

No wonder these guys have such high ratings on customer service. The associate named Rocky helped us out so much. Literally walked in and instant service with a smile. His knowledge was obvious and he fixed a messaging issue on my brother-in-law's iPhone quickly. VERY satisfied.

Just switched from AT&T to T-Mobile about a month ago. So far we been happy. Melvin assisted us with switching. He made is so seamless. We ended up opening 3 smartphone lines one tablet and 2 smart watches. However, my husbands watch is having issues on t-mobile. It's completely unlocked but for some reason it cannot register it's own phone number. Solved it but closing the line and reopening it with a new number. So far the service has been good, LTE is awesome except in our living room lol. If you really want to research the company follow John Legere Tmobile CEO on Twitter he's to funny.
