Smallish store on the corner. But it is in the right location, being with all the outlet stores. You will get some good gear here!

First time to this store, was recommended, went in, looked for what I wanted, not enough seats to try on the shoes, but managed standing up. One cashier, another personnel looked to be in training, one customer to my left looked like she had a question about her shoe, but no one on the floor to assist. I wanted to inquire about their 50% on socks but felt rushed, so purchase what I wanted and out the door. They were busy for a 2pm hour!

Got here and doors opened at 11:00. Staff was super friendly and very willing to help. Was nice to know that if I needed anything they would be glad to assist. I checked out some shoes, tried some on, and found the pair I was looking for. Checkout process was easy as well. I’ll be back!

Online hours posted to Google and the Skechers website say this store opens at 1100. The staff showed up at 1100, and wandered around aimlessly for 30 minutes. We called the store and asked when they would be opening, since they were already 30 minutes late. The employee was rude and dismissive. They left a group of 15-20 potential customers standing on the sidewalk. Hours are not posted in the store. If you plan on opening at 1200, then post 1200 so you aren’t wasting everyone’s time.

My main go to place for walking shoes. Especially extra wide shoes! Parking can be very challenging since this is an outlet center however I intentionally adjust my shopping times to match the hours which are the quietest. The staff has always been incredibly helpful in the selection of shoes. I describe what I’m looking for, the staff shows me the inventory and mission complete. My visits are always under 30 minutes. I’ve always been happy with my purchases.

Good amount of shoes, even 11+. The staff, always with a big smile, was really helpful. I bought a pair of shoes without arc and it wasn't my best choice... I knew it but I gave them a try, because they were so comfy! 3 days later I was able to change them with a pair with arc support. And they are perfect! Daily use, feet are happy.

I asked for availability on a pair of shoes from female (I did not get name) customer service person. She says we don't have in stocks, with out looking. I found male customer service person and he check computer and went to look at stock and said no black in stock or being delivered any time soon. And a couple of grey colored shoes in stock.

We were there for shopping. we left with two pairs of shoes. My wife is happy, because the model she bought, is not available in Germany. And you know: "...happy wife... happy life.." The service was very good and the Staff were very helpful. Smile Michael
