Best outlet store in Waipahu, Hawaii (HI) 2024

Cat, James, and Jordan! All so helpful in their own way! So sweet, kind, helpful and willing to give their time to help me out. I never felt as if I was imposing or ruining their day. So many stores just makes me feel as if I’m a burden. Thanks to you three! Hope to see you again, if not, see you in beautiful heaven! ~Lola

Got here and doors opened at 11:00. Staff was super friendly and very willing to help. Was nice to know that if I needed anything they would be glad to assist. I checked out some shoes, tried some on, and found the pair I was looking for. Checkout process was easy as well. I’ll be back! ~Jakob

Worst customer service experience. My first trip to Hawaii from Australia and decided to shop here and try on a white sweatshirt. As I approached the fitting room, the sales assistant looked me up and down and chucked me the biggest dirty. My guess is because I had foundation on and I was trying on a white sweatshirt (you would have thought I was trying on a $5000 wedding dress - it was a 35USD sweatshirt). Rather than speaking verbally to me or communicating anything to me that a regular sales professional would (or perhaps offering a sheer scarf) she gave me a look that pretty much indicated she didn’t want my business in “her” store. Disgusted to this day at the memory. This was in 2019. ~Tina
