Walgreens Photo
went in to make a custom birthday card. i called 1st to see how long it'd take to get it printed. Jasmine in Photo said it'd be fast. got to Walgreens by noon & took about an hour to finish card. kiosk said it'd be ready at 3:47p. shopped a little & found GREAT $1 deals. checked out at 1:26. asked Mack if my card could be done sooner than 3:47. Sharon in Photo said that it was being worked on ‼️ asked if they could call when it was done, she said "Yes." i went to (Waipahu) Post Office, picked up my mail, got in my car, & my ph. rang. it was Jasmine saying my card was done (before 2:00)‼️🙂‼️ WOW, talk about Customer Service 🤩 Much Appreciated 👍👍 delivered card by 3:15. will go to Walgreen's more often knowing Jasmine, Sharon, & Mack are there... ~Louise

Very fast service. Came in for a screen protector fix per warranty. Service agent was fast and friendly. Only agent to apply screen protector in 1 shot "No bubbles." Well done great work. Friendly environment 05/29/2021 @ 1630 ~Jaels

I was racially profiled against and refused service. The man took one look at me and quickly went into the bathroom for over ten minutes. When he finally got out he told me he wouldn’t serve me. I’m only on the island to support my significant other Who is a service member however experiences like this one make me hate the island ~Zaya

Well first time visiting this store and I must say they have a lot of good things I would have bought. Me and my wife walked in the store and the three employees were behind the counter when we walked in, we were in there for at least ten minutes and not a greeting of any kind or asking if we were looking for anything and or needed help. There were no other customers in the store and they were just there gossiping. Middle of the afternoon on a Monday. Customer service really needs some work. ~GREGORY

Cat, James, and Jordan! All so helpful in their own way! So sweet, kind, helpful and willing to give their time to help me out. I never felt as if I was imposing or ruining their day. So many stores just makes me feel as if I’m a burden. Thanks to you three! Hope to see you again, if not, see you in beautiful heaven! ~Lola

Got here and doors opened at 11:00. Staff was super friendly and very willing to help. Was nice to know that if I needed anything they would be glad to assist. I checked out some shoes, tried some on, and found the pair I was looking for. Checkout process was easy as well. I’ll be back! ~Jakob

Went to this store with my wife, and at first they seemed nice, but there was one particular associate who made it a point to come and ask me at least three times within a five minute span if I needed help. She asked so much that it became a nuisance. Also the store is very small and walking up and down the isles is a constant battle, especially if you bring a stroller. ~GREGORY

Worst customer service experience. My first trip to Hawaii from Australia and decided to shop here and try on a white sweatshirt. As I approached the fitting room, the sales assistant looked me up and down and chucked me the biggest dirty. My guess is because I had foundation on and I was trying on a white sweatshirt (you would have thought I was trying on a $5000 wedding dress - it was a 35USD sweatshirt). Rather than speaking verbally to me or communicating anything to me that a regular sales professional would (or perhaps offering a sheer scarf) she gave me a look that pretty much indicated she didn’t want my business in “her” store. Disgusted to this day at the memory. This was in 2019. ~Tina

Midday Friday, gound parking right out front. The staff here is so friendly. We were gelped by a gal named Alfie. She was extremely helpful and so sweet to us. She was able yo check pricing and hunt down some similar items she thought would work best. We ended up purchasing 2 of the items she recommended. Glad to see the spirit of aloha still thriving through customer service. ~Marcy
