Midday Friday, gound parking right out front. The staff here is so friendly. We were gelped by a gal named Alfie. She was extremely helpful and so sweet to us. She was able yo check pricing and hunt down some similar items she thought would work best. We ended up purchasing 2 of the items she recommended. Glad to see the spirit of aloha still thriving through customer service.

I will forever love Coach and the staff here. Karen always takes care of me. She has this intricate ability by listening to what you say you like and will walk you so eloquently to all pieces that are your type. Come prepared to be dazzled and catered to. Customer service to the utmost! I have never been disappointed at a shopping trip here however, this trip I was helped by a young woman named KC and she was nothing short of amazing! She took her time with me even though they were getting ready to close, made suggestions, let me know about bags that may be of interest to me that were getting ready to come in. She was helpful, relatable, friendly, and really cares about the customers needs not just the sale. Stop in ask for KC you won't be disappointed!

I was racially profiled. After paying, the clerk said she would hand my purchase to me at the door. Yet I videoed 10 customers in a row who they did not do that to. I complained to manager and all I got was "sorry 'bout that." I was using my purse from Coach so obviously I am a returning customer but too bad my skin is brown, not white.
