The store manager Inez didn't even give me a choice to exchange my daughter's Halloween costume she was very short with words and just kept shaking her head because I didn't have a recipe I explained it was a gift for her birthday which falls in October and no receipt was given!!!! She didn't care

Went there five employees big line one cashier thats un unbelievable what's happen to customer service...and the eye contact they know your on line to pay...four of them talking in counter lookimh st you they are laughing sad very sad such wonderful store such poor management skills i wont go back i recommend to all people don't go thru this there is other stores they really appreciate your bussiness...

This is the only Party City I go to now! The customer service is always amazing. I have been 2 times in the recent month and I had a great experience both times. The people that work their won’t leave you aimlessly staring at the latex balloons forever while you try and match your big Mylar ballon. Lol Both times I was offered help with such great ideas! The recipients loved their balloons. <3 Thanks 😊

This party city is nice, and we found what we were looking for after while. They don't have any of the kids costumes up on the wall, so you have to actually hunt them out. Pictures are from a different location
