Chad and Jamar were both super helpful, I came in for a phone upgrade but, walked out with a lower rate for my phone plan and Chad let me know of the sale they had going along with the phone upgrade so I was also able to go in and upgrade my ipad for much less than expected

Honestly was very satisfied with the customer service I received at this location the manager chad was able to help and assist with issues I had in my account that literally no other phone support for months would help he literally broke down my account and helped me solve the issue in my account that was ongoing for months and ended up being a system error and I was able to be squared away highly recommended this store very helpful staff

My iPhone 13 max pro arrive to their location and they never called me to pick it up. They sold it to another costumer. This is terrible service, they can’t even call when you wait weeks for your device. I would not recommend. They don’t follow their own policies to call the costumer!!!

The representative was very friendly and helpful. More importantly, he was accommodating to my limited knowledge of my device. It means a lot to me when I don’t have the added pressure by a rep when I’m unsure of tech details. I was informed of changes to the phone case and the sales special. I am very appreciative of the help that I receive.

I worked with Taylor and Chad. All I have to say is AMAZING customer service. She stayed back an hour after closing just to finish up my paperwork. She talked to me and treated me as if I was a long time friend. Most the time I forgot about my phone! She makes you feel like she genuinely cares as well as Chad. They both went above and beyond to help me understand and make sure I was comfortable with what I was planning to do. I purposely come to Kam shopping center Verizon because of this kind of customer service. Thank you again!!
