Previously I would go there to get poster ads published. I would show them what I want and they would have me email it and I'd pick it up from the store. This time the genius there told me to "use the website" to submit the order because he was too busy to help me; I made an order for posters totaling $200. It was tedious to download the files and then resize them to fit the websites size requirement. I assumed it would be delivered to Kapolei or Waipahu since that's the store I choose. Instead they used my business address to ship via UPS; my business is NOT open during UPS shipping times. So missed both deliveries customers. i had to repay UPS and extra $11 to ship it to my house. Your workers need to help people there so they get their products there not just go to a website otherwise why even have workers?

The Kapolei store is always stocked. The floor is organized and I can find everything I need quite easily. Friendly, helpful staff as well.

Greeted once walked into store, helped with product availability, items on sale are displayed at entrance so you don’t waste time going through all the aisles. All the employees were so knowledgeable & helpful! Highly recommend!

I needed an office chair and had a budget but that budget flew out the door once I saw all the different office chairs...so many to choose from. After trying out a few I knew i had to go with comfort and quality. The gentleman who helped me was helpful and patient. He answered my ridiculous questions with ease and helped me upgrade to something i can still afford. He carried my purchase to front register. The manager or supervisor asked if I needed help loading while I was there. Good experience. Will shop here again! I'm only sorry I did not take the names of the people who helped as I would have included them in my review.

Kapolei Store has a very outgoing sales staff: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Also, the G.M. was more than helpful & willing to give his time & expertise. Great selection of products to choose from.
