I would like to thank sales advisor Kourtney Kalili and assistant manager Grant Kawamura for helping me out today. They both were so nice and helpful. I showed up about an hour before closing and luckily they weren’t busy. I am visiting from California and I rented a car through Turo. This is the third day of the rental and the oil light came on. I found out that oil was leaking from the drain plug and I was told from my cousin to take it to Goodyear so they could check it out. They pulled my car right in and found out right away that the drain plug was halfway out so the last time it got an oil change it probably was never tightened. They were able to tighten it and add some oil and get me back on the road within five minutes. We need more people in this world like that. I am so grateful that I took it there and didn’t cause any further damage to the motor. I really hope that these two get recognized for their awesome service.

The front desk attendants were very helpful and smart on their jobs. Courtney and the rest of them helped me with multiple vehicle inspections and made the repair processes easy to understand. They are my go to crew for automotive needs now.

Was able to make a same day appointment, but they took 2 hours after my appointment time to look at nail in my tire. They came back and said it wasn't repairable, and tried to sell me new tires. It seemed like everyone's tires weren't repairable and everyone needed new tires that day. I didn't buy any tires and came home with a scratched up rim and a bunch of glue all over it. They really don't take much pride in their work. They also overinflated all of my other tires, without me asking. Luckily my car has has tire monitors and warned that they were overinflated.

Had a 3pm appt for a safety inspection and then waited for 30 min and still didn't see anyone inspecting my car. I Asked about the status of the inspection and they said the inspection mechanic was on lunch during my appt. Then they said it would take about an hour when most inspections take about 15 min. Was told the manager would get around to doing it, but after waiting 30 min when I had an appointment I wasn't interested in their service.

I normally don't do reviews but this calls for it. I brought my car in for a safety inspection, wait about an hour and a half to find out they cant complete it due to an issue and they advised i can bring it back and they will take care of it right away and when bringing it back they advised we were in the back of the line. Assistant manager Garret was rude and disrespectful the entire time and took back his word when he said we can bring the car back and "it will be quick". Needless to say I will never come here again there always seems to be a problem with these people and horrible customer service.

I have been coming here for a year. The service has been satisfactory. However This the store is perpetually understaffed, creating huge backlogs and long waits. Additionally, they have limited inventory, so that has caused delays of .5 to 1 day to acquire the needed tire from downtown, or to pick up the synthetic oil I want. The building has the capacity to support several more te hs than they ever have. I also started bringing the oil and filter I want to the store, at a significant discount from what they charge for the same materials. There are other automotive service options downtown, but fuel costs are a detterent from driving in. When I have needed unscheduled service (e.g. I got a flat), it's generally a lost work day. Hawaii has a nice e layer of litter/debris and pot holes on it's roads. I've already had to replace two tires in less than a year. I think Kapolei presents an opportunity for a business savvy person. If you build it they will come.

Customer service is bad! Took my car in to do an oil change and tire rotation, left with my car making noise when driving, took it back to tell them and they proceeded to say it wasn’t because they did my tire rotation and said I’d need to take it to the dealership. When to a different Goodyear location and they did my tire rotation and I left with a car who made no noise!! This location is supposed to fix your car not cause problems to it. Never going back here again!!

I had an appointment at 8:00. And so did everyone else apparently! I waited a full 30 minutes in line just to check in. Two and a half hours later, my oil change was complete. Now I'm standing in line AGAIN, so far 15 minutes while one person processes everyone standing in line, and the other sits on her computer, processing work orders, instead of letting me pay and get the heck out of here. So frustrating.

Negative star if I could. Dropped off my car JUST FOR OIL CHANGE first thing in the morning . I had to call to check just find out at 345pm if they even started and nope, they have not even touched my car yet. After checking what time they closed, so I decided to walked in at 545pm thinking they should be close to done considering it's almost closing. They seemed annoyed when I walked in asking if they were done with my car. Omg, they haven't even touched my and its literally 10 minutes before closing. I wonder if they would have called me to say if they are keeping my car over night or any type of courtesy call at all 🤔. Never the mind the fact that I live in town and only have this one car. Horrible experience.

Horrible. My second time going there. The first time I got new tires yet all the caps but ONE were taken. This last time I went in for a safety. They failed my certified car. One because the license plate in the front was not the actual license, but it was on the front seat and I would’ve gladly put it back on. Two they said my back license bulbs had a problem. I took my car to Mercedes to get it fixed and they said THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. Do NOT go to these people. Their customer service is horrifically rude and you will leave with less than what you came with. Time included.
