Coffee house with some finger food and small dining options. Mostly paninis and breads. Large selection of coffees and teas. Highly recommend their lavender tea. Friendly and courteous staff. Military discount available with proof. Parking: Limited parking lot as it's in a busy corner lot with not alot of spaces.

They react to you wanting a customized drink as if you asked for them to break the law. Instead of making the drink they paid for, they will give you whatever they feel lile making just because you asked for a mug, give you the smallest mug, and then treat you like you're stupid for knowing the difference from a tiny mug to a large mug. The coffee however is great. They are more flavorful and cheaper than Starbucks. The music is inconsistent and makes it difficult to have a good study atmosphere. The music can be too loud. One minute it's salsa music, the next, African drums and singing, and then reggaeton. Music is all over the place. Overall, the service is getting worse.

The coffee was good but very very sweet (even though we asked for 1/2 sweet). I would return because there is potential there, I may just have to ask for no flavor. My daughter said the smoothie was good.

Kinley's house is always a GREAT spot to go study. The atmosphere is great and I HIGHLY recomend this spot. Expect it to ALWAYS be packed (no sitting areas left) and parking isn't the best but it isn't horrible. Dietary restrictions: Great non-caffeinated alternatives. And good selection of dary alternatives

If anyone ever visits El Paso, you must have the Matcha tea at Kinley's. I like to be extra wired for my homework or for a sweet boost so I order an iced matcha latte with a shot of espresso and the addition of extra matcha to not rid of the sweetness. The staff is amazingly courteous, especially Caprice who is a gentlemen who helped with an order confusion. There are more employees who are astonishing as well, but have not asked for their names just yet. Guaranteed a splendid time.

Busy with many college students working and studying, several choices of decent coffee, many dessert choices and plenty of space indoors and out, this place is thrumming with quiet activity and is worth several visits. They also have a teahouse nearby and are right across from a large chain coffee house.

For years I use to love coming here for the mocha frappe, it was delicious! Now they changed the mocha powder to a charcoal mocha which gives it a completely different :( Maybe have both as an option?

The Cold Brew was delicious, not watered down at all. The crepe was quite good too. The customer service and atmosphere were terrific.

The perfect spot to hit up before hitting the road for a long day of hiking! Has a very extensive drink menu and just enough breakfast items to get you nice and full before kicking off the day. A solid coffee/breakfast spot all in all!

Good drinks and a great place to post up for a few hours if you’re doing work/school stuff. It’s great they offer a decent-sized food menu too, but it’s not really somewhere to go just for food. I got the avocado BLT, and it was decent but nothing I couldn’t make at home. If I went back I might try one of the breakfast options (served all day). They also have dessert crepes, which intrigued me. Lots of seating and easy to spread out with COVID.
