My vanilla capuchin,was about half way when given I went inside waited to be attended and was asked by a gentlemen with an attitude what's wrong with my order, 1. He didn't know if anything was wrong with my order 2. A better de escalating question would have been, yes sir how can I help you, not off the bat what's wrong with your order with a sassy smart a** attitude the guy with attitude re made my coffee and didn't even make it right out of spite I'm sure

Great service, the girls went above and beyond their job, my car ran out of battery as soon as I got out of the drive-thru. I went inside to ask for help and without hesitation they helped me start my car and get home.

Quick and efficient especially with my complicated orders. Only thing is its a hit or miss with the baristas on coms and the ones who make my drinks. Get a nice respectful baristas and a bomb drink or you get a rude one and a watery chai latte.

I want to recognize Joe, he is an outstanding employee! Every time I go to this Starbucks and he's there, he always has the best attitude, he's hardworking, and is very personable. The coffee always tastes great and his attitude makes it even better!

Very friendly atmosphere. Barista Leon is very professional, nice and friendly. He greets customers as soon as they walk in the door. He knows me by name and my usual drink. He goes beyond to make sure my drink tastes good and/or my order is correct. The times I’ve gone thru the drive thru with my fur baby Pixie he’ll offer a pup cup. I’ve had a positive interaction with Mr. Leon!!! Look forward to my Frappuccino every day.

Fast and world class customer service. Every time I pick up my starbucks, I am greeted and asked about my day. This is what sets apart this starbucks from anywhere else in El Paso. The vibe from every worker is so positive and genuine. Love this place <3 Their service and drinks are seriously top notch.

The dragon fruit refresher lemonade was out of this world. As soon as the chunks of fruit hit my tongue I was in Starbucks heaven. Little pieces of yummy yummy goodness. It was ALL that and more. The drive through cashier that took my order was super friendly and he deserves a raise for his great service. I don't know his name but keep it up. The line in the drive through was a little slow but all worth it for that cup full of heaven

I love the open floor plan and comfortable seating, paired with excellent service. I love the beverages available and the seasonal ones too. It's getting close to Valentine's Day and I'm hoping they bring back the Cherry Mocha; it's terribly good.
