Kaela saw us looking around the store and helped us, she was amazing and engaged in a really nice conversation based on one of my charms, she then recommended a restaurant nearby which we absolutely enjoyed and made our last night there amazing.

We went there to buy a charm exclusive from cali, that one lady showed us few selections but she's rude and also the other guy that's working same time as her, we waited for them to assist other customers first before we asked, but they just dont want to assist us, like they all pretending that they are all busy and doing other stuff, and the tone of his voice was rude too and slamming the cabinets. Rude af! Sorry for my words, it was horrible experience EVER!!! I dont do reviews, but they've waisted my time and ruined our last day in cali!!

Everytime I go to Hollywood I drop by this Pandora store and the past few times the service is terrible there's a short male that works there I think he's the manager..He pretty much rolled his eyes at me, I had an exchange and asked if I bought it there? Does it matter!? I was exchanging a murano charm and he said they where all the same but if it makes me happy..Are you freaking kidding me! He is a miserable person that needs to adjust his attitude! And I really hope he's not the manager that attitude just rubs off to the associates 😒

Disappointed, a worker made a rude comment about my promise ring my boyfriend had gotten me. Also the other employee didn’t know her products at all. The employee that didn’t know her products forgot to put one of my charms back onto it. Now, I have a charm floating around in Hollywood.

I went into the spa and forgot to remove my pandora bracelet i was so upset as it tarnished badly. However I took it into the Pandora store near Loews hotel Hollywood and the delightful Darlene cleaned it for me. What a brilliant job!! Darlene thank you!!!

I had a very bad experience at this store. If I could have given no stars I would have.The sales representatives were not friendly or helpful. I walked towards a sales representative for assistance and she walked behind the counter and turned her back to me. I waited for a while to see if anyone would come and assist me and no one did. I asked to see the manager and asked why I couldn't get assistance she didn't give an answer. I noticed that they were friendly towards other customers and providing them with assistance. I asked for the corporate number. I called the corporate number to file a complaint but no one returned my call.
