The lady behind the counter offered to brew fresh coffee even though it was apparently just cleaned, I got something else instead... usually they aren't so nice at gas stations...

I stopped here to get gas quick, I was told my card declined. Store clerk ran my card 3 more times and basically told me sorry nothing I can do. When I get home I see this BP had pulled the money from my account. Multiple times. When I called to get this taken care of, I was told there was nothing they can do & that “a manager isn’t here right now” So I was told to wait a few processing days, my money never came back to me. I tried again to get a refund and I was denied. Kind of pathetic to have proof of sale in your bank statements and still be denied a refund lol.

There is the longest line I've ever seen for gas and only 1 pump open... I've called twice and there was absolutely no one available to answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable

Consider this review an official farewell from a loyal customer of over 20+ years, because after the experience I had this morning, I will never return to this store again. I usually stop here to buy gas, but I recently discovered that this store carries Mountain Dew Zero Sugar - a drink I’ve been hard pressed to find in other convenient stores, so I’ve been stopping in on my way to work every morning to buy a couple. That was my plan this morning, so since I didn’t need to get gas, I parked in a parking spot in front of the store and headed towards the door...where I was accosted by the clerk who ordered me to put on a mask or I would be barred entry. He was extremely rude about it, so much so that even the customer filling up his car at the pump in front of the door even voiced his anger and disapproval. Because I was in a hurry, I pulled my mask out of my bag and put it on, got what I came for, and (for the last time ever) left the store. Here’s the thing. If the clerk had just been polite, and asked nicely, this would’ve never been an issue, and I’d have gladly complied. I resent being ordered around by anyone, but especially by some convenience store clerk on a power trip. Does it make you feel big, almighty, and important? Well, I hope it was worth losing a long-time customer over. I’ll gladly settle for Diet Mountain Dew before I ever set foot in that store again. It’s people like YOU that make me resentful over wearing masks in the first place, because I have absolutely no desire to protect rude, arrogant people from anything.

Went to this BP needed some gas in my truck around about 9:59 on 11/29/19 winning the store and got a bottle of water and a Ginger ale ask for a can of grizzly long cut straight paid with a $20 bill and only got two dollars back I know you might think I’m kind of crazy why I didn’t make a big stink about it but I kind of hesitated to make sure they might’ve corrected it but he didn’t so I’m just putting this out here when you go there make sure they give you the correct change back because sometimes you just can’t trust nobody and it shouldn’t be that way around here specially at a local place that you go but I hope who all reads it you have a wonderful holiday and be careful out there because everybody Does not have a kind heart

The gas was not $1.62 as noted. It was $1.81. But I paid $1.76 due to the BP app and rewards. That was not accurate information.

I will try to go somewhere else from now on until they speed up the pumps. Took 5 to 10 minutes to fill up 10 gallons. I can take my business elsewhere for that.
