Although this is a small FedEx office within a Loews hotel, I received exceptional service here from Matt at the counter. He was patient and helpful, and made what would have been a frustrating checkout process feel like a breeze. Note that this FedEx is not visible from the street, and you will have to take the elevator to floor 3 to get to this location. ~Atma

New record in length of receipt!! 87 inches. Store is over priced. Pharmacy staff is clueless. Store staff is worse. However, great place for watching Police action. If CVS isn't being robbed the 7-11 across the street is. Also many opportunities to be harassed by homeless. I only go here to see how long a receipt I get. How big is yours?😄 ~Andy

They tried to lie about me having to have gel polish to upcharge me as well as try to consider medium length nails long to upcharge me. The place wasn’t sanitary at all. They used the same files on everybody against state board laws. Then my toe polish is on my skin and she turned the fan off so my nails didn’t dry. Run away from here! They still overcharged me!
