Matthew was rude to me, did not explain anything, called security, told me to leave, and ran away, while the other guy was explaining to me how to mail my package. I do not understand how such a big company has a customer service representative like Matthew. save your time & Stay away. go to other locations.

They charge you 10 dollars service fee even if you have a prepaid return label, just because of this office is in a hotel. I refused it and went to another office.

Although this is a small FedEx office within a Loews hotel, I received exceptional service here from Matt at the counter. He was patient and helpful, and made what would have been a frustrating checkout process feel like a breeze. Note that this FedEx is not visible from the street, and you will have to take the elevator to floor 3 to get to this location.

First of all it says it's next to CPK in the Hollywood and highland center I had to reviews here to find out it's On the damn 3rd floor of the Loews hotel. And I called twice first time they hung up second no answer I was just trying to find out where they were... had to ask valet outside of the hotel

Useless after 5. A drop box outside the door would be helpful, especially since we're inside a high-end hotel on the 3rd floor.
