Great customer service. No smug attitudes about helping clients from all walks of life and all of the staff can multitask. The young lady that helped me get in and out was Very professional at all times, even with a difficult customers that cut up, went off and threw things on the floor, because the staff asked her(a Karen) to put on a mask for safety reasons. They handled her issues without anyone leaving the store . Bravo.

I'm a criminal defense lawyer and I often use the email and print service when I'm on the road. Many of these stores have moved back their opening hour to 9 am, so when I needed to print a document before a court appearance at Metro Court nearby I came here. This is a "dtla" location inside an office building on Wilshire. I got there 15 minutes early to find parking and still ended up walking 10 minutes from a meter. There is no dedicated parking. Looked like you can't even park in the building if you wanted to (it's gated, gate was closed.) This location seems like it would mostly be useful for people who are already there, so you don't have to park. If you do, give yourself an extra 15/20 minutes and be ready to pay to park.

I teach an online writing class and was visiting a friend in L.A. His scanner wasn't working and I was in a panic, needing to scan and email a stack of student papers back fast. Yami stayed and helped me get the whole stack scanned even though her shift had ended. VERY GRATEFUL!

I came in to the establishment as I was lost, didn’t have a map, and my phone had a dead battery. I sat down at one of their desk chair cubicle spaces. I didn’t make any noise, nor did I bother anyone. The so called manager, Yesse is a mean and foul customer service rep. She didn’t need to raise her voice at me. I had done nothing wrong. She needs a demotion and a pay decrease. No wonder this place stinks. I couldn’t even come in to charge my phone for five minutes at a designated space.
