Please answer your phones. I have been trying to get in touch about a package being held at this location but no one answers the phone. Called UPS customer service and they refuse to hold my package for 2 extra days. I bought a UPS membership just to have a package held at this location while I was out of town. No one told me they only hold packages for a week. What a waste of money. I am so disappointed. They also refuse to let me send a friend to pick up the package on my behalf so I'm completely out of luck.

2 weeks and still stuck at label created. This seems to be a common issue at this store. Either this location has the worst pickup drivers who never scan or they are stealing / losing packages. Thank God I have a delivery receipt for Amazon. But I would seriously AVOID this store as I have never has issues at Staples when I dropped off a package.

Melissa and UPS staff was one of the best experiences I experienced at a packaging. They were quick, responsive, personal, and caring with my package. Please ignore the other reviews because it was certainly the experience I never had and would never expect from Melissa and other UPS staff at the store.

This location is useless. It says it’ll open at 9am but it actually opens whenever the employees feel like it. And do not waste your time booking any appointments online — they wont honor it. You’re better off going to fedex down the block for better customer service and cleaner / better equipped shipping (and printing) location. Hope this saves you some time and headache.

I dropped off a package, fully labeled and packed, on 12/16. It was picked up 12/27. Seems like it defeats the purpose of a drop off point if the pick up doesn't occur for 11 days - I would happily have taken it to the UPS Center on Main Street if I'd known things would be this slow.

There is a lady who works behind the window who is always very kind and professional. This almost makes up for the woman who often come ups to the line to try to speed things up by answering questions. Her answers feel rude and are very short when asked a maling question about price or delivery time or different options. She will cut people off mid question with a condescending tone and not include some of the options. The lady at the window ends up answering the questions anyway because of this.. so, so much for crowd control. Also, many questions arise because package prices are not labeled at this location and you have to wait in the always very long line just to find out the price of a shipping container. The desk clerks are very noticably overworked because UPS chooses to hire less employees and save money. There are always empty windows here and only one or two workers behind a desk at a time. Also, there are a lot of cute cards and stamps at other locations. You won't find them here. The atmosphere is more like a city bus terminal than a post office.

Twice now I have attempted to return high value items ($1k +) through this UPS, to Apple and Amazon. Both times the items for scanned in but the tracking hung on "Processed" and never seemed to get shipped. I called the store and was told everything gets shipped on the day and that's that, regardless of what the tracking status was; if I had any further issues I had to contact the seller. The items never arrived (because they were probably never shipped). I then had to argue with the sellers to get refunds. I suspect something sketchy is going on at this store and I will never go back. I suggest you avoid it, too.
