Had a fantastic experience at this Fed Ex location. They didn’t use QR codes (which is how I planned to print my label) but Jonathan was the man and was super helpful in finding another solution. Can’t comment on the shipment yet as I just dropped it off, but it was such a positive front end experience that I had to write a review. ~Dylan

Went three times staff couldnt help me and does not have good knowledge of machines. Was extremely disappointed because its a simple task and the workers seemed like they just do the bare minimum and want to get paid. The lady with the glasses and nose ring at the front laughed when she couldnt help me. I was very sad to see my beloved printing company in such disarray. Will never go back ~Oscar

Clerk was not concerned at all that my package was missing from their store. Had to open up a missing package investigation. Clerk never told me my package was picked up earlier in the day. Clearly an inside job by an employee there, the driver or both. My package should have been left at my door step like every other package. Someone clearly knew what was in the package and wanted it. ~Robert

Extremely kind and helpful guy, quick with my shipping needs. Parking right outside in ktown. Definitely coming back to drop off and package small items. Edit: the street entrance is right off of Hobart, no using any special entrance or anything. Couldn’t be cleaner or easier and he strikes me as a conscientious owner. ~KS

I sent a package to Korea on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. The price was so reasonable and they were very helpful. Gave me a new box that is smaller than what I brought to save the shipping cost. I would definitely use them again! ~K

Pretty sure my package was stolen. This branch attempted to close the service # investigation multiple times without making an attempt to retrieve the package. After some investigation, the local carrier kept switching between "it may have been taken" to "I accidently delivered it to an address that doesn't exist." All representatives are rude and short. They don't want to help at all. If you see this before you have an expensive package shipped, make sure that the person shipping insures the package. ~andrew

The staff worked reasonably quickly and were relatively friendly and helpful. They told me how much postage I would need for my envelopes and then sold me the stamps I needed. ~Chris

If you are in a hurry than definitely do not come to this post office. The workers are really slow, there is always a line of 3 to 5 people in line and most likely you will be standing in line for 30 minutes if not longer. The post office only has 1 person helping customers in line. The place is dirty and very outdated. The parking is all meter parking and the ticket enforcement is literally walking back and forth to issue ticket soon as time has expired. If you can I highly recommend that you stay away from this location and go to a different post office. ~Artin
