The supervisors are crazy. They need to shut this branch down. I have filed the MOST scathing complaints and I hope Sandi and Sonya get fired. Completely unhinged.

I don’t care if this location is closer, GO TO A DIFFERENT USPS. I waited 45 minutes to deal with a lady that so clearly hates her life and job. One of the rudest people I’ve encountered in quite a while. She was rude from the start with her interaction with me as well as with multiple people previously. She was not wearing a name tag. The supervisor was present and listening to this sorry excuse of an employee speak and did nothing but offer an apology. There was not even a solution. Welp, guess that’s why they work at the post office. It seems most all of the USPS have 1 to 2 star ratings pretty consistently these days. It’s safe to say there’s no bar to be met here during the hiring process.

Walked in there Today 09/06/22 some lady called Michelle Not to old looking lady. Was Screaming at Workers in the Loading area. This is not a proper Behavior to have a "supervisor" talking to workers in this usps location. Not pleseant to see this kind of behavior

The ABSOLUTE WORST!! DO NOT GO HERE. THE ATTENDANTS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, NOR DO THEY CARE OR EMPATHIZE WITH HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT. I was there just this past Tuesday, where I waited well over an hour and a half (no exaggeration!), just to get to see an attendant. At one point, the line grew to more than thirty customers, with only two attendants working..., then one..., then NONE! Literally, ALL WINDOWS WERE CLOSED AS A FULL, BUSY LINE OF PEOPLE WAITED! The last attendant closed his window...to sit at his desk to read! I'm not kidding!! He sat there and read something. I and fellow customers (the people just behind me) had to watch and laugh, especially since it happened just as I was the next person in line (no kidding....go figure...!). My fellow customer was from England, which he commented that this would have never happened in London and expressed how unacceptable this was! Welcome to civil service America! It's also SUPER-DYSFUNCTIONAL at this locale: At one point during our wait, a person had a full-on shouting match with a separate attendant at the opposite "Pick Up Only" window, of whom was actually being rude to this customer. It was then that a number of other employees filtered out from the back and showed up to help rectify the issue. Which begs the question: how many employees are back there and how can they justify all those back of office employees, yet the front end window attendants are few and far between?!?! This negative review is not to discount the hard work put in by employees, but rather the dysfunction of how backwards things work there. There is ZERO REASON for anyone to have to wait over an hour and a half, then endure the indignity of having the only singular open window just smugly close as a long line stands there waiting for help. And I wasn't even the unhappiest among the customers (others were much more angry and fuming than I was!). No floor attendants. no guides, no open windows....! Management at this location should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen and do so, on the reg....!

If you are in a hurry than definitely do not come to this post office. The workers are really slow, there is always a line of 3 to 5 people in line and most likely you will be standing in line for 30 minutes if not longer. The post office only has 1 person helping customers in line. The place is dirty and very outdated. The parking is all meter parking and the ticket enforcement is literally walking back and forth to issue ticket soon as time has expired. If you can I highly recommend that you stay away from this location and go to a different post office.

There's a gentleman who works here named Ron. He is the epitome of what's wrong with USPS. His attitude is that he doesn't want to be there, and God forbid should he be bothered to go look for some mail being held for you in the back. I was picking up for a business, and he wanted physical proof of my connection to the business, so I showed him a notarized letter of authorization, but since it was a PDF document on my phone, he told me to bring a hardcopy, which they cannot print on location (forcing me to go to Staples and come back). Luckily, I got to deal with a different clerk when I came back. Aside from Ron (which I advise you to steer clear from unless you have an incredibly simple transaction that doesn't require him moving from his desk), the complete lack of communication, disorganization, laziness, and inefficiencies that occur with USPS and this branch in particular is deeply saddening and the reason I always use UPS or FedEx when I can. I truly hope USPS gets dismantled and private postal services pick up their slack.

Just don't come here. I had a passport appointment, I showed up 10 minutes early as requested. When it was finally my turn (after an hour)the one guy at the desk obviously did not want to be there. He asked my appointment time and name, I told him both. Without checking anything he just said No, check your info, and shut the window. I didn't have time to show him the confirmation email which had that date and time. I don't know where he went. I had low expectations for the post office but somehow they went lower. What a waste of our taxes.

The place is clean and you’re able to find mailing materials you need. The postal workers are doing what they can, but the customers they put up with are jerks. You can get your stuff sent from here no problem. They have an easy to use self service section to get in and out quick.
