Pretty sure my package was stolen. This branch attempted to close the service # investigation multiple times without making an attempt to retrieve the package. After some investigation, the local carrier kept switching between "it may have been taken" to "I accidently delivered it to an address that doesn't exist." All representatives are rude and short. They don't want to help at all. If you see this before you have an expensive package shipped, make sure that the person shipping insures the package. ~andrew

I came here to cash a check that I received in the mail for a settlement that I won and Leslie on the collector shows working with at the evening were very rude and I’ve got to explain on the process that needed to be done expect me to come back in the morning when I work in the morning and aren’t unable to do this kind of stuff until the evening when I’m out of work and they weren’t able to accommodate you were not able to give me an exclamation or show me the terms of services that state the issue that I was having and was not willing to give me the managers name And it took me a while just to get her name so it it it really is on professional I get that it was late I get that they may have not had the cash on hand to cash it but they shouldn’t have had that posted somewhere stating that they couldn’t do that on a certain time that they are in an able to perform certain task somewhere instead of giving me a hard time with my time on my day off I came three times just to extreme long lines and I just don’t want to wait so I come when it’s less people so it’s not my problem that they don’t necessarily want to and they end up keeping my ID after ~George

The PLS representative helping my brother and I today, Marisela, was so incredibly helpful and kind. She bent over backward to help my brother and I with a transfer, and really went the extra mile. I appreciate this so much, especially now when people are extra stressed, to be shown compassion and kindness in a simple transaction really made my day. Thanks Marisela! :) ~Jasmine

The staff worked reasonably quickly and were relatively friendly and helpful. They told me how much postage I would need for my envelopes and then sold me the stamps I needed. ~Chris

If you are in a hurry than definitely do not come to this post office. The workers are really slow, there is always a line of 3 to 5 people in line and most likely you will be standing in line for 30 minutes if not longer. The post office only has 1 person helping customers in line. The place is dirty and very outdated. The parking is all meter parking and the ticket enforcement is literally walking back and forth to issue ticket soon as time has expired. If you can I highly recommend that you stay away from this location and go to a different post office. ~Artin
