Very friendly staff, quick to get my gf's prescription ready. At times we had to wait but it wasn't for very long. Unfortunately, there has been times where they shorted my gf's pain medication. Communication would have been helpful, running low or out of the said medication, please let us know as you hand the prescription to us. Last time we picked up a prescription, this pharmacy shorted my gf 32 pills out of 120, so... 1/4 of her prescription was already missing. We were disappointed that we were not informed beforehand. Please keep up the good work, but keep in mind that communication is the key to building a relationship of trust between your pharmacy and its customers/patients.

If I could give less than one star I would. They seem to have a large staff but still close for lunch? Can't rotate the staff so people can have access to their presciptions during business hours? They closed right at 130 and couldn't ring me up real fast as we walked up at the same time. Transferring to another pharmacy.

Never had a problem. Although, if you have pain management prescriptions, go to Safeway.

Since the hours changed due to covid, I can no longer call in my prescription because the automated answering machine will not allow then hangs up.

So I came last Friday to get my prescriptions and the pharmacy tried to say that Medicaid wouldn't cover my inhalers when it does, and that Medicaid needed a call from my doctor saying why I needed my inhalers. They wait until I'm all the way across town to tell me Medicaid will cover them and that they've been ready. I'm about to switch back to Walgreens since y'all dont know what you are doing. You need to be fired!

Poor customer service, lengthy wait times (not ready when they say it will be ready), when they have “issues” they never bother to call you just wait until you show up and make you wait another half an hour. Second pharmacy lane has been broken down for two years. Definitely do not recommend - go across the street to Walgreens where scripts are ready when they say it will be with a pleasant attitude.

Waited an hour and a half after a doctors appointment before going to get my prescription. Figured it would be enough time for them to get it filled. Show up and am told that it will be another 15 minutes before its ready. 30 minutes later one of the ladies asked if I was waiting on something. Told her I had been waiting for them to fill a prescription and she said she would get right on it. ANOTHER 30 minutes later and she tells me they dont even carry it in store and it will have to be ordered and ready the next day. Two days later I go back to pick up the prescription and I present them with a coupon for the medication while I'm checking out and I'm told I will have to step aside and wait five minutes while they redo my invoice. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes because I was on my lunch break and I wasnt about to spend it in a walmart pharmacy. I'm sure the staff that work there try their best but this is a reoccurring issue and I will be taking my business to a more organized establishment in the future.

I hate walmart pharmacy. Change I hate walmart period. Seriously they tell you that your script will be ready in 20 minutes and you wait and they tell you it'll be another 20. They tell you they have ordered a medication for you and it'll be in on a certain day and guess what? they forgot to order it. They say they will contact the doctor for your refill, guess what yep it never happens. Doctor faxes over your script and some how they never get it. Walmart is a joke. They hire nothing but idiots. If it wasnt for the fact its the only damn store near me I wouldnt even go there. And thats how they get you its your only choice and they know it.

Called ahead. Promised medication to be ready by 11am. It's now 12 and we are still waiting.... It's blood pressure medication for my dad visiting out of town. You'll wait a while so better not be dying...
